okay this took a lot of thinking to get right
about 40 seconds

Circle Drain (necro maybe) 15 energy. 1-2 time(not sure) secs. 20 sec recharge

All foes surrounding target ally suffer from -1 to -2 health degen and -1 energy degen for 5-49 seconds (days/years might be better though, still deciding) Causes half exuahstion? (blood magic?)

target foe suffers -1/-3 health degen, but gains +1 energy regenerartion for 20-47 secs

is that better???

ps you guys can argue among yourselves which type of magic atribute it should go to

who ever did this is an absolute failure... you need to decide all of the details, and still if this is an elite it is still overpowered. Try 2 sec cast 15 energy, last 18-32 secs and 45 sec recharge and all foes in the area of yourself, that would make more sense, and domination magic would also

That's like a really bad elite version of [wiki]Suffering[/wiki] in my opinion. It would need something more to make it a viable skill. +1 energy regeneration for monsters means nothing really, though I'm unsure how it would affect humans in PvP...personally I preferred the first idea, where you had energy degeneration...

2nd: It need to last for 18-21s
Then it will be balance.

I don't get it why you do guys think it's TOO powerful. Really -1 Energy degen, -3 health degen isn't strong at all. Beside it's an AoE spell at melee range. You know the -3 health degen will take 18x2x3 = 108 health over 18s only right? -1 energy degen for 18s is about 6-7 energy lost right? Roughly.

you fail miserably at making a new skill sry
maybe you have to get some inspiration from other elite skills without ripping it of to see what differs an elite skill from a normal skill wich you do not know by the likes of it

-1 energy degen is too powerful because skills that already do that already exist (wither and malaise) and are both single target skills.

The second suggestion is bad because as pointed out it is actually worse then suffering.
