Alright, heres the plan. We kidnap the frog, we force her to read every single post, and then we drop her back off heavily Drugged so she thinks the idea was just dreamed up or some random mind garbage. And if that fails, we all send a bunch of e-mails.

The FoW/UW access would be great, like a special temple on battle isle, and some PvE locations are all great too, if they added the idea for an olympics type minigame addition to this area as well, it would be vastly popular.

This has got too far from the front page of Sardelac.
Also, I don't think that putting pets into this Universal PvE place would be a good idea, there aren't any core pets (excluding the spider, which should be kept in UW).

And add Master Training Missions (that is: requiring correct counter skills and correct group coordination to achieve) in the Island granting max equipment and hero points (to get skills/correct equipment for newbies'characters and their hero) in order to a) reduce the gap between newcomers and long time players b) have some real PVE challenge.

/notsigned, id rather they just make an expansion of some sort or som4thing rather than adding more of the same, I can warp to the places I need to go to anyway in 1 sec or less so I see it as rather pointess.

I think you fail to see the purpose of the idea.
The idea is to centralize all the PVE players from all the chapters so they are TOGETHER for social reasons.
People who only own chapter 1 and people who only own chapter 2 can talk and go to FoW/UW together.
I dont see that as a pointless.

Awsome idea here especilly w/ a central place to sell, causing the trade spam to slowly move to there - for once a person can make a group in dist 1 LA, lol - and the casino and random enemy arena would be sweet , makes it so u can work on the title if u missed a event, rly like the random enemy arena not for the money but i think it would be fun, and of course just hanging out

With a VENGENCE!
I would probably spend most of my endgame time here and the battle areans instead of sulking in Tyria/Elona. The holiday area is especially brilliant, that way the developers don't have to waste time decorating cities then reverting them.

Could also find a way of including it in Lore and use it for individual campaigns. which would be cool.
Makes it perfect for the auction house as well.
SPLENDID IDEA!. lol

The idea is good but a little too impractical. With all the content listed above they would need to make it a purchasable product. I'd buy it ofcourse but a simpler idea might be to alter the training ground map via quests. We know from defend droks and other quests that what quest you have active can set the spawn of monsters on any given map. So have quests available on battle island , req based on number of missions completed. These would allow for all lvls to have something to do there and the island only needs some statues to serve as launch platform for UW/FOW.
We cant reach the stars yet, but we can walk on the moon!

Personally, I don't see any need to 'bring players of all chapters together'. You're already fairly likely to share chapters with most people you meet ingame (otherwise you wouldn't have met them!), and as for IRL friends, I would venture that most people would tend to get the same chapters as their buddies.
I would rather see existing towns and outposts across all chapters used more. Some places are just so empty it's not funny. Have events in these places, designate them as 'auction market towns', or put armour crafters/other exciting things in them.
There's also the Guild Hall if you just want to use certain services, chat, hang out with any different-chapter friends or AFK for a while (in fact I would rather you AFK out of town - potentially a little less lag for me! Hehe).
I think the core idea of having a PvE place that people from different chapters can meet in if they want to is a good one, but I wouldn't like to see the populations of certain places dwindle even more because of it. Make better use what we have already, before adding new places.
So um, yeah. YMMV. *runs away*

Yes, as nice as this would be, the older chapters will not likely see any new content, ever.
Adding stuff to existing town across chapters will only continue to dilute the population across chapters.
The idea is to have everyone in one area thats accessible to everyone. Regardless of chapter.

While AFKing in GH and hanging out is nice and all, theres ZERO potential to meet new people.
The idea is to promote the social and communal aspects of the game because the game is SEVERELY lacking in this department.

Those places will only continue to decline as more and more chapters are added.
This idea will keep players in one area, regardless of how many chapters come out. Keeping the population intact and in contact with each other.
Quite frankly heroes and henchmen have made this game very lonely.
