Hex spell. For 10 seconds, target foe loses 1...3 energy whenever casting a spell. (Illusion Magic).

Do not post "A Few Ideas" threads. If you have more than one idea ---first double check with the search button and the index thread to make sure they're fresh suggestions, and create a separate thread for each one with a relevant title.

This basically is the non-elite version of Depravity, so no elite.

This is too powerful to be in Illusion Magic. Should be either Domination, Fast Casting, or Inspiration. Why do I say its too powerful for an Illusion skill?

Why all the loling? I agree that there are already skills similar to this, such as Depravity and Power Leech, but it doesn't hurt for somone to suggest a skill.

If you'd care to read, you would've read this part.
But there are many elite skills with a non-elite counter part.

Backfire - Soul Leech
Healing Breeze - Shield of Regeneration
Guardian - Shield of Deflection
Natural Stride - Escape
Executioner's Strike - Cleave
Dismember - Eviscerate

and much, much more...
