A new idea for skill tomes
As they are, skill tomes let you learn any one skill that you have already learned but how about making another form of them that let you learn any one skill. The only cheveat to this form of tome is that the skill is preset when the tome is dropped.
As for elite tomes of this nature, perhaps they can be a little bit more common of a drop than the blank ones, but the only the bosses that have that elite will drop them. This means you'd never see the Tome of Shield of Regeneration drop from the WoH bosses. |

Its been 3 years since the betas, so I don't remember all that well, but isn't this suggestion just a remake of the old skill charms/necklaces? Anyway, I don't thinks its needed. Faction is easy enough to get to unlock skills for the current tomes to work. So why make things simpler for the lazy folks? |
