"Control Templates", "Interface Templates"
In many aspects of high-level PvP, and maybe PvE, there's a lot of consideration when it comes to your interface. For example, playing with your party members bound to keys 1-8 and your skills bound to other keys would be more beneficial than, say, doing that on a warrior. Or, when you're switching to your second account and your interface is just not right, and you need to change it to how your main account's interface is set up - that needs to be done!
There should be an option that allows you to Save and Load your Controls and Interfaces - for example, if I was monking, I could load my "Monking Controls" that may bind my party members to 1-8 and my skills to qwerasdf, or my "Hero Battles Controls" that bind my heroes' microed skills to different keys. I don't see why this is not possible; with so many controls in Guild Wars now and only one hand to do them (click to move is a necessity), keys are valuable.

yes, i have thought of this many times. it's a very cleaver idea that 'should' be implemented. ^^ i would definately give ANet an "A" if they did this in an update.

Not a bad idea, personally I am using a gamepad now that I change my template for how its keys are linked, but this would certainly benefit the community.
