A tiny fraction of the EotN exclusive skins were available from Tolkano before release. However, that argument doesn't hold anymore, because the game's been released, and there are still many EotN skins that aren't available through RP.

people read the wiki and get confused... and that's only because the wiki hasn't linked all the info yet. It's a really tedious job to get that info...
