"Skill" is Recharging!
Pretty small, simple suggestion.
Basically, CTRL+Clicking a skill which is recharging will say that it is. For example:
Spell Breaker is recharging!
It would be useful for stuff like the UW when 55'ing, or other places probably too.
Should be (I think?) easy to implement and is there if anyone needs it.
What do you all think?

It'd be useful for certain professions who need to focus on the field more then their skillbar (Monk, ranger)

I can see some uses (perhaps even include time till recharged). I am all for anything to get some pressure from nooby tanks off of the casters.

Yeah that may be a good idea also, including the time.

I think this was suggested once a long time ago (like 16 monthsish)
Although I do think this might lead to people accidentally clicking on a skill when they don't want to. "such and such is recharging" "such and such is recharged" opps didn't hold down ctrl, the spike/tank/55 run fails.

I hate it when people yell at you to use a skill thats recharging. I wish there was a timer to tell you how much time remained until the skill is recharged.

Another suggestion would be like, when casting Blood is Power one someone for example, it shows the caster how long until it has run out. Kinda like a Maintained Enchantment, but just with a timer on it. If you know what I mean.

Absolutely love the idea for the skill is recharging text.
The enchantment idea needs some serious work, however, given the clutter it could add to your UI...a similar suggestion was made for hexes way back when.

It could appear in the same space that the Maintaining Enchantments do, though, and disappear when it has expired

The problem with that is (1) enchantments have a time to expiration, while maintained do not and (2) you can apply enchantments on many more allies than you can maintained.

It only makes sense, I personally would never use it, because I do everything either H/H or on vent, but I can see how a lot of people would use it.

Yes, but you are maintaining the enchantment on them for a certain amount of time, are you not? Therefore it's still being maintained even if not constantly.

Hm... I agree, although my phrase would be something like:
"I can't use <skill name> yet."
To match the current 'descriptive and interpretative' lines.
