Default for the love of...

please can some start a petiton so people can vote for hero monks to stop healing minions. they totally waste all their energy doing so and never regain energy due to that. i'm just kinda ticked after i was in the desert and had to zone to keep survivor. dunkoro let olias die with a 10 minion army up because he was out of energy. i was up against only 3 hydras and a rockshot.

this is what olias is running and he was healing them fine on his own

See there's useless posters coming into this thread as usual.

Well I agree and /signed. Because it's extremely annoying that hero's don't know how to manage their own energy when Anet could do something, you know like..uhh not having them heal minions? Unless they were lazy and made minions like NPCs which means taking away minions will take away their ability to heal NPCs during missions as well.

If you can't make heros work for you, take humans.

Do player Monks heal minions when a Minion Master is capable of managing looking after them himself? No. So why should heroes do it? Please Arenanet give heroes some common sense.

It is extremely annoying-but keep in mind also that hero monks suck at energy management.

It's like everytime you stub your toe, spam every healing skill you got.

But since there are other ways to heal without alot of energy issues, I don't really care.

People that say +1 should be insta-banned.

But I agree sometime healing minions can be pointless if you want them to die, they should add in some kind of code to list healing minions as a very loew priority.

That's been going on forever. Doubt they'll fix it. I'll sign anyway though.

I din't see any minion-healing issues.

They pretty much only do it if they are at full energy, and they give minions lowest priority when other targets take damage. Just stand around with degening minion army and you would see that healers are not healing them a lot.

Only real problem is prot-spirit casting when foe suffers degen, but that is same for everyone.

I know minions are counted as allies and that the hero's job is to heal allies, but they literally waste their energy on them. Died a few times 'cause Drunkoro is dumb enough to heal a minion that's meant to DIE anyways (MM bomber) instead of me... or party members.

Simply make the MONKS/RIT HEALERS AI stop healing minions.

Mehnlo and Togo both get stuck on Vizunah 'cause of minion healing. It's incredibly annoying, and cost us masters a few times (normally I don't mind, but I helped people who were aiming for protector titles...)

Same should go for NPCs. My MM had to restart Vizunah Square twice cause Mhenlo was so busy healing minions he forgot to move with the party.

/notsigned coz Im evil >=]

Rly, if they make Monk Heroes more timid then all of out charcters will die long before GW2 comes out and the would be no cheildren of Heroes to show those nasty Dragons whos the boss.

I would recommed u to take N/Rts instead of Monks then, and please, there is a reason why nobody gives Prot Spirit to Monk Heroes but to Eles, Necs and whatnot.

Soundn't a N/mo be able to heal his own minions? IMO you should plan ahead knowing the limitations of the AI.
