Yep, you are wrong Mr.Pve. The third way is in gvg ATs.
But really, anyone could get the armor in pve faster than pvp so why is it such a big deal to pve'ers? It would be fun and a good motive to be able to use my reward points on IT rather than keys which goes back to pve and benefits you guys more. So maybe that's why pve'ers QQ so much about that...

ok so i was wrong but still this is a pointless idea that has been done about 50 million times already.
I always wondered about there being more ways to get it.
though my next question why do pvpers always want better looking armor?
E-Peen?

Because what we have AVAILABLE to us is garbage. Why not give us something interesting. It'd been 2 years since pvp had seen something interesting with armor options while pve has had all the glory.

It is faster to get it in pve. You should get it in PVE and save the Devs some time and money. Why do you want to spend so much extra effort?

but till then these are kinda pointless ideas

He obviously wants to get it on his pvp-only character.

I really don't see why not. Seriously, when RP armors were first introduced, it took like, 6 weeks, at least for the first person to get FoW armor. Obviously, stuff like Chaos Gloves and Bandanas would be Fancy Armors, and that takes a while to work up to. Much longer than it takes to get R5 Deldrimor and 10k.
There is no reason NOT to implement this.

If it's really so easy why don't you go and play a few hours of PvE so u can get the armor? Sorry i don't see the problem..
It's your choice to play PvP all the time

Because not all of us find PvE "fun". And, maybe we want the Gloves on our PvP-Only character, which, in fact, cannot be taken into PvE.

Like i said before... PvE players also have to go to PvP (even if they don't like it), if they want a bambi or whatever...
Also.. when PvE'ers ask for an emote for the Kind of a Big Deal title track you see al the PvP'ers complaining

and THAT, my friend, is the price you pay for a PvP only character. My PvP only monk is far cheaper to equip, setup, etc, than my PvE monk. Everything cept skins is free. All of it. including just making new armour when my needs change.
now, my other monk has 3 sets of armour, and armour swaps within those armours. sum cost of armour, runes and dye having come to something in the lines of 200k. now, don't know if you ever venture out of PvP (i tend to do both, PvP and PVE) but getting 200k is NOT a fast nor easy thing to do.
so, in return for us getting max stats/easy unlocks/free armour and runes, we don't get the "elite" PvE armour - you know, the ones that require faction (reputation, whatever) to get. since it's impossible to accrue Norn/Deldrimor/Vangaurd/etc reputation in PvP, we can't get them - end of story.
now, IF you feel compelled to get the "elite" armours for your PvP chars - do what i did - take a char all the way through PvE, get the armours, THEN go PvP.
simply put - since it's IMPOSSIBLE for a PvP only char to meet the requirements of the "elite" armours, they don't get them. Hardened Excrement.

The difference being, if you want an HA emote, you can bring whatever character you want, and generally get fame pretty easily.
If I want to get Destroyer Gloves on my PvP-Only Mesmer, I cannot bring it to PvE to get them, it is not physically possible, no matter how hard I try.
I personally would rather not roll a PvE-only Mesmer, and then spend about 250k+ to get all my armours, weapon sets, elite and normal skills all over again just for some gloves.

Man, people find this like I shouted some sort of blasphemy. Jeez. Is it seriously SO bad to consider these armor pieces accessable with reward points, even though it's just as much effort?
I don't like pve. We all have done it at one point. Some enjoy it, others don't. There's a difference between getting armor and getting emotes. I certainly can't ask for a way to get r10 delver without pveing, so by no means can a pve'er get a bambi in pve o_O
If you don't wanna unlock them, fine. But why do the ones who do get left out? I don't see how everything is able to be unlocked but GW:EN items. It's only fair..
