I rather like the idea of completed so I don't have to map all over the place to find out which quests I've done already.

The quest log is indeed out of date. and could use some improvement.
A other idea besides the questlog. Give NPC's that have usefull quests
a other collor on the minimap (radar) in your screen.
Foe's are red, friendly are green..maybe npc with quests blue ore something.
That would save you a lot of time searching for quests.

with this tab, you will also be able to see which quests you completed, therfore will be easier to employ the quest hunter title or w/e.

well you know they do have the hero handbooks.. shouldn't be too hard to mod that to fit what is needed here... just have a book you keep in your inventory and it updates as it is done?.. or just have go right through the log... personally i would prefer the log
