you forgot about one thing - if it would be accessible for current presearing characters, even with LDoA restriction, it would automatically bring an infinite supply of max items to that separate market = a total destruction of the economy, one that works imho better than in postsear.

One possible solution - cap the base item_level at 10 so nothing drops better than it can drop now.

Remember that each 'world' have its drop rules.

Inscriptions do not drop in Prophecies and Factions, for example.

pre-Searing 'hard mode' could be a 'fake' hard mode that just has increased levels and slight extra dificulty.

/signed, I would've said no but all those LDoAs complaining about the "prestige" of their "glorious" title being ruined is really turning me off.
