I don't think I saw this one looking through the archives. With the people who don't have time or just plain stink at HB and GvG, we only get Tournament Reward Points once a month (granted we predict right). I personally think there should be an easier way (but still not too easy) to unlock Armor and Weapons for the general RA, TA, and ABer. I was thinking that we could use blathazaar faction to unlock those items, and since it isnt that difficult to get 10k faction, there should be a faction bank (or just remove the faction holding cap completely, I'd rather not get into that disscussion as it is already a seperat thread).

Now like I said above, it isn't too difficult to get 10k faction, and I think just basic weapons/armor should be maybe 25-40k, and then for fancy weapons/armor and exotic armor it should be maybe varying from 40k to 100k. Also keep the requirements to get fancy and exotic items (50 sets to get fancy or w/e, not taking time to check wiki on that one).

Notes
-I know I am going to get pounded for such high faction prices there, but I want people to understand even though you want it to be easy, it shouldn't be as easy as like 25k for an exotic armor.
-Also,the faction prices are up for as much debate as you want, just keep them reasonably (high and low).

Those faction prices do not seem to high at all, they're about right or maybe even a bit to low. Also the 10k faction cap is not permanent, it gets raised by various pvp titles. Mine is 35k at the moment.

As i'm aware there are 3 titles that raise it (i'm not sure about commander title) and these are gladiator, champion and hero titles.

In general I think this would be quite a good idea, but what they need to do is make it so that you can recreate any armor you get this way on any pvp character of that profession made in the future.

Those are tournament rewards.

I do think that armors should be unlocked in some way upon purchase in PvE FOR THAT CHARACTER, and for all PvP characters when acquired with tournament rewad points, and tournament reward weapons could be unlocked for PvP character.

But not with balthazar faction. You can spend the faction in zaishen keys if you want.

In response to eddie, I know the cap gets raised, but asking people to get the glad title and then raise enough faction to buy the rewards would be asking a little too much in my mind.

Also in response to everyone else, if you can't get in tournaments for various reasons (include the fact that your not the best PvPer) what do people get for rewards for regular PvP?
With ab you get faction towards your guild, no point unless your going for the title or own a city. you can get amber or scrolls, useless if you don't pve, not to mention the gold you get from selling them isnt that great. and you can get skills, also useless if you dont pve.
With RA and TA you get glad points, useless if you don't care about titles. Balth faction, spend on keys (not that bad but still not that great), spend on skills (useless if you have PvP packs, or if your have all of them unlocked)

What I'm trying to say is, while there is rewards for basic PvP that almost everyone can do, the rewards are limited, I am just trying to propose a new way to motivate people to pvp, and another reason that i cant remember.

Yes, commander raises it by 5k per rank. As for the idea it's not bad but even 100k faction is easy to get if you can carry that much.

Well, Zaishen Chest solved that a lot.

Not very limited:
Tomes, Sweets, Alcohol (I think it should also drop crates of fireworks), tonics, everlastin tonics, every weapon skin in the game...

If that isn't enough...

/signed for any armor/weapon located in the most basic level of the tournament rewards. That might at least keep me busy for a while and also allow me to give my PvP characters more flavor.

If you delete your PVP char with tournmanet reward unlocks do you lose the upgraded items? (I'm assuming you do).

I got 1.8mil balth faction and after UAX I just buy Z keys with faction and reward points.

/notsigned, cause if you GvG you can get nice stuff from reward points, if you HA you can get nice staff from the chest, and unfortunatly you can win RP with Hero battles.

you shouldn't be able to wear good stuff if you play alot of AB/RA for faction

Use your Balthazar Faction for Z-keys for Z-chest for Z-loot for Z-Money for Z-armors for your Z-characters.

can you please show me the "nice staff" you speak of. i have done a lot of ha and haven't ever gotten anything "good" from that chest. they should make it so you have a higher chance at geting rare items and take out the crap that drops from there like z-keys like i can already get that with faction and the bath flames.

on topic, i though i made a thread about this here but i guess not. i would rather see that when you buy armor for a pve ch you are able to ware it on a pvp ch of the same profession. so no i got 15k luxon on my war now i can ware it on my pvp ele.

i for one think the hole reward point system is a joke.
