noobless district
i think we should have a district in each town that to enter you need to have protector or gardian for that contonent
so u can be in kamadan without being harrased by beggers or lvl5's that are too scared to fight a lvl4

You'd have to be banned from such districts.

Just because you have protector doesn't mean you aren't a noob that paid for lots of runs.
Look at HA. In order to reach it, you have to have some experience winning in TA/RA yet I've seen some of the most horrible builds imaginable in HA pugs.

How about IQ tests when you enter an outpost so we don't have to put up with retards like the OP.

The idea is made of fail. There is no title that actually proves skill anymore. Seriously, I saw someone with GWAMM using mending on their assassin a few weeks ago.

Yes, with a nice message popping up saying "You are too stupid to play this game. Sorry"

That means 98% of the Guild Wars community can't enter them!!
Wait, titles involved? Too easy to get in, titles = pure ease, just change your bar and hold aggro every now and then = gg.

Another useless failure of an idea brought to you by Sardelac Sanitarium! /not signed Titles don't mean shit. Just because you have them doesn't mean you're good. Anyone with half a brain can grind.

I like the idea.
But in order to rally anyone to support this, it should be a hm and nm city district(s). This will also make it so you don't see: "so and so can not enter hardmode after waiting 30+ min to get a group." Not to mention forgetting to click the little hm icon before zoning out. doh!
If the vet players want to help the noobs they can get to nm at any time.
/signed for good reasons not 733+!zm w/ changes.

HM and NM is slightly better, but still fantastically uncalled for. Just click the button, its not that hard.

And why not an IQ test and only those with IQ over 200 can enter special districts...?
Oh, way, anyone with such IQ would not want such a thing. Why? Ask one of them.

I agree with Witchblade.
"noobness" really doesn't bother me as much as the constant "public farts" (when you slip something meant for guild/team-chats or whispers into the public chat) and annoying chit-chattery (i.e "0mg u hott"/"lol noob"). Also, the "nude" dancing.
I think it would be awesome to have a district for Roleplayers; people who like to get in character, get into the lore and have fun with Guild Wars in it's elaborated depth. Would be lovely to have people talking like their characters to each other, and maybe even "acting" like them. :P
That may just be my opinion though.

I would love that. There'd never be nothing worth watching on TV again.
