Global LFG dungeon menu
This is mainly for EOTN and with all their untraversed dungeons. I was wondering if it's possible to setup a Global LFG Dungeon menu. Where you select a dungeon on the pull down menu and just begin to advertise to anyone else in game looking for some dungeon crawling.
Reason is i'm usually porting from town to town checking if anyone else wants to go underground and it rarely shows even one person. Would be easier to scope out who wants to do what in one menu and then join the group and auto travel there.

This sounds like a good idea to me! I think the party search needs a general revamp anyways...
Just a suggestion though, try to join an active guild that does dungeons and you won't have this kind of problem

I think the whole party search menu needs a upgrade.
As for that: /signed

As long as traders wouldnt post their messages in there. Would like this to be expanded too, especially for vanq/HM mishs. Sometimes guilds/alliance isnt enough.

This isn't a bad idea, but why not just journey the nearby outpost?

Only signed if you can't put any messages in the window like you can in party search. Otherwise, any sort of global advertisment will just get used by gold selling sites and "Vote for Barrack Obama/Hillary Clinton" advertisements.

/signed, but I agree with HawkofStorms. It should simply list what dungeon you wish to do, and your name, level, professions, and leave text out.

You'd think that after they made such a big deal about dungeons in GWEN that they'd make more effort to make them more playable. Apart from really slavers and cathedral, do any other dungeons get many visitors at all?

A centralized LFG system is really needed, not only for dungeons but also all other HM activity - vanquishing and missions. I know that almost everything can be hero/hench'd but this is a multiplayer game and it needs solutions to encourage playing with other people.

That would be a good implementation to it. Where you can only select from drop down menus, and no personal messages at all to stop it from being abused.
Say like the first drop down you choose name of the chapter/expansion like eotn/factions/etc and second is the either dungeon/vanquish/mission. Then third is dungeon/mission/area like if you chose mission you bring up can select destruction depths or whatever. Oh yeah and a small check box to click if you want to be advertising for hard mode.
This would make it soo much easier than porting from town to town seeing nothing, because people move on if they see nothing to the next area and might miss out on that other person that would want to do it.
Oh yeah my guild has 10+ people online but I actually enjoy the happy fun times of pugging and see what mess I can get into.

Ive always wondered why party search isnt global. It would improve it so much.
Imagine you have 3 Looking For slots.
You put "LFP for Vanquishing in Elona" in slot 1
You then sellect where to put this line. Select Hunting, submenu Elona, submenu vanquishing.
Put "LFP for any dungeon HM" in slot 2 under Hunting, Eye of the North, dungeons.
Put "LFP for HM missions in Elona" in slot 3 under Missions, Elona, hard mode.
This now goes global, not just in the outpost youre currently in.
Some person at the other end of the world is looking for someone to do any dungeon with. He opens the party search window, sellects Hunting, EotN submenu, and dungeons submenu, and finds your search line there. He whispers you, and you two then organize your hunt or wait for a third person, or something...
The game remembers your searches as you rezone and change outposts, untill you yourself deactivate them. You might even be able to take henchies and heroes and do a quest or two while you wait for someone. Obviously you cant make a party with anyone while youre doing quests, but they can whisper you, add you to a queue or something, and when youre done with your quest you can go on with him.
Idea for party queuing: youre already in a party, doing something, and someone else wants to party with you to do a dungeon. The second party is put into queue, and when the two of you meet in the same outpost and have no other parties active, the queued party becomes active automatically, with a note to you so you dont get confused like "Party for "LFP for any dungeon HM" created." in chat window.
So youre doing a quest, and get a whisper:
-"hey you wanna do HoS"
-"sure, a bit busy right now, maybe in 15 mins?"
-"ok, meet at Eye of the North euro eng 1 in 15 min!"
-"deal"
15 mins later, you arrive in the Eye, your party is made, and youre ready to go.

signing in on dungeons/hm vanquish/hm mission by simple check boxes would be great. On a side note: being able to see the party composition before joining (expand arraw on search window?) would be useful to.
