I would definitely love both ^^ (since I have both )
UAS doesn't take long to achieve, since it can be done with skill trainers
UAX shouldn't take that long either, it would be just a question of luck, you could just buy unid
now if you unlock everything with balth points, it's a whole different story ...

UAS = Unlocked all skills
UAX = Unlocked everything
/notsigned, too easy to get, with all the gimmicks even a pure noob can get it in 2weeks time.

would be a totally useless title anyway
not to mention the fact it only takes a few good HA/RA/TA runs to unlock a whole profession.

/notsigned even though I kinda like the idea. With just a little pvp you could unlock everything.

Despite the fact it takes longer to get UAX than 2 weeks like Turbobusa there thinks, it still nothing spectacular to have. The PvP unlocks make it worthless. I think I got UAX beforre I even hit 1 mil balt faction because I capped all the elites in PvE land.
I could see something maybe if a PvE character had all the skills and unlocks since those can't be gotten with faction in PvE land, though there are Tomes and buying of unided Gold items. and again MAYBE if it were per character IN PvE not account wide and not applied to a PvP only. but for the most part...

In PvE land UAS title would cost about 1 million gold, making it on par with most other titles as far as dedication goes. Its not *that* easy to get in PvPs either (what does one won RA match give ... 500 faction? it would take what, 3k won matches to get uas?), and is way more usefull achievement than most of other titles.
I dont say no to one more maxed title that is not do 10 000 of something boring.

At least not as boring as pve. Many people have over 3 million balthazar faction. By playing gvg, you get faction really fast. If you win ofcourse.

The only kind of 'pvp' I do is ra/ab(rarely) and even I'm UAXd.
This would just be yet another easy title towards GWAMM.

I do like the idea, but at this stage it has too many flaws.
1. WoooHoo!! A title that can be bought with RMT. NO!
2. Like you said, exclude those that bought it RMT. Then you've just made a whole bunch of accounts ineligible for the title and that's gonna be a big problem.
3. Ok, pretend that #2 isn't an issue. Afterall we have Survivor and LDoA that were introduced after a bunch of characters were ineligible. Now you've just created a title that highly encourages folks NOT to buy the unlock packs. I just can't see Arena Net making that kind of business decision.

sorry its not that hard to get UAX although its nice,
would be a problem for those that bought uax, that balthasar title would be a better approach.
but i would like an option to see if people are UAX, maybe hold a button x and UAX players are in orange?

UAS is not "hard" to get but then again neither are most of the other titles. They just take a ridiculous amount of time, as UAS would too. There definitely should indeed be a UAS title. If people can buy it with RMT so what, there are other titles that can be bought with RMT too. That it can be bought with RMT is irrelevant to whether it should be in the game or not. It should be in the game because someone who has invested the time and/or money to UAS should be rewarded for it with a title.

It's iffy. I'd give UAS a flat-out "no," but UAX might be worth having something for.
A suggested Balthazar Faction title might be a better addition, but only if it could be maxed.

This is a title that can be puchased for PvP characters in the Guild Wars shop.
And for PvP characters we have the HoM.
I could a agree with a title for filling the HoM, if the Devotion and Valor monuments and all the grind titles were account-wide, and if they added a way to store armos without using storage space.
But it's not the case, so forget about it.
