Its a VERY good idea imo,

However the way you envision is a much easier/regurgitated form of skill capping. But yes, Legendary Dervish would look awesome ^^

Id suggest using quests for this, and that way you can only get the "Legendary <insert profession>" of the profession you're using

Yup, a quest title is probably the most logical title of all, and the idea has been around for about as long as titles have. Yet it has yet to be implemented. So it's looking unlikely.

Just to point that there are monre than enough pve title to get max Kobd at max. So I don't see a point for another title linked to killing monster.

Try something like best GM : will depends on the number of people connected at the same time in your guild...
