Just run Disrupting Chop if you want to disable a skill since it has no condition on it. Body Blow is fantastic the way it is and a great way to apply additional pressure to a Para running Aggressive Refrain.

It might be interesting if they made the 'penetrating' type axe(and maybe bow) attacks not suck, and let them inflict the cracked armor condition(if there's a condition that reduces armor by 20% why do we need individual attacks that do weak damage yet have 20% strength over-riding penetration built in for that 1 shot, even if it isn't capped at 60 al).... but like they said, could be borked balance wise if they don't want the combat classes to crack armor. Though noone uses penetrating chop or penetrating blow anyway...

At any rate, just pack sundering weapon on a W/Rt(or Any/rt, it's an easy skill to throw on any combat class) with Sight Beyond Sight. You lose shock, but gain the ability to spike with BB and be immune to at least 1 source of shutdown during it.

Warriors are already strong enough. No reason why they should be made stronger.
