Nerfing is not in line with Anet's new principle. Therefore, instead of nerfing ursan we have to buff everything else.

LOL. I am both amused and saddened by your thread though, it gave me a good laugh, but the fact that people are /signing this shows how far the game has fallen, even farther than I originally thought.
Its funny how people want the easiest PvE, yet they want a game they have to grind hours in or a PvE that never goes stale.

The skills in that list are already very powerful. I like to see a buff to some of the not so good pve skills like technobabble or ear bite.
For the norn elite skills, i like to see a huge general nerf, but make them so that it no longer replaces your whole bar, so you can use some of your normal skills while in ursan/raven/wolf form.

I wonder how many people took into consideration that the skill buffs would affect opposing mobs too. Sure AI is pretty stupid, but they'd still get the same powercreep we would.
I actually liked the fact that skills changed for the better or worse every so often.. made me think of my bar and kept things at least that touch fresh in PvE.
Bearing in mind the new skill 'balance' situation, I'd be all for reverting skills to their pre oblivion nerf states, but buffing things that don't need buffing, no ty.
It's not like Hard Mode is actually all that hard anymore.

General:
SY: increased to 4..9 seconds.
Triple shot: 5 energy. 7 recharge.
Selfless spirit: 30 recharge.
Elemental lord: attributes increased by 3.
Whirlwind attack: 4 adren.
Seed of life: 2..8 duration.
Cry of pain: 5 energy. 7 recharge.
Critical agility: changed to skill.
TNTF: 40..104 heal.
Great dwarf weapon: 5 energy. 1/4 cast. 2 recharge.
Snow storm: 5 energy. 5 recharge.
Profession specific:
Triple chop: 4 recharge. hits all foes in the area.
Barrage: +10..22 damage. does not remove preparations.
Light of deliverance: heals for 10..114 health.
Spiteful spirit: 10 energy. 1 casting time. 5 recharge.
Energy surge: 5 energy. 8 recharge. 15 x energy lost.
Mind blast: 3/4 casting time. 2 recharge. 2..12 energy gain.
Moebius strike: increased damage to +15..50. If you strike a foe below 75% health, all other skills recharged.
Ritual lord: rituals recharge 30..66% faster, activate 10..22% faster, and cost 10..22% less energy.
Defensive anthem: 5 energy. 15 recharge.
Chilling victory: 5 energy. 5 recharge.
Obviously, this is just an initial list buffing one of the most common skills in each profession. All other skills can be buffed in subsequent updates.

I would like miself some of those skills to be buffed so much(i dreamed of barage not removing preparations lol)but tbh i dont think it will happen because the skills will just be to powerful ,so insted of bringing half of gw´s skills to match UB state of unbalanced ,why not just nerf ursan in some manner, atleast what i hoped for is to make volfen and raven blessing more attractive ,than maybe we can see people not running ursan blessing only

u mean not having it reapplied everytime u score a critical hit ,or change its duration so its not affected by your atributes?Because when they first introduced the skill it had a longer duration which was not affected by critical strikes(attribute level)and it ended up doing a better job as an Ias for other professions than assassin.

I am happy that most of the skills in pve wont get hit unnecessarily due to pvp nerfs (LoD, splinter weapon, the entire rit line) however I dont think anet should change any of the current skills to be too imba... the only thing that I would like to see is the useless pve skills getting buffs so that they dont suck so bad.

When did mods become trolls? What was the point in this topic? To create skills that are imbalanced? Most of the replies are as bad as the first post. Are we suggesting balance be removed completely or that the game be made easy for a 2 year old with cerebral palsy?

Maybe we don't have the same splinter weapon. My rit hero uses this splinter weapon skill extremely well and it adds alot of dps on my team. Sometimes the HM monsters scatter when they get splashed by it, but by then things are dead.
I know the splinter weapon I use is equivalent to the one used and abused in PvP. I'm curious to hear about yours.

Hell no, this and AoE from [Death Blossom] are the only things that make Assassins competitive with Warriors in PvE.

Here's what I'd like to add to the list.
Eviscerate : Inflicts Bleeding, Deep Wound, Cracked Armor and Cripple for 20 seconds.
"None shall pass!" : Reduce recharge to 20
Mystic Regeneration : Remove the regen cap and reduce recharge to 5 seconds.
Heal Party : Reduce the cast time to 1 second.
Dwarven Battle Stance : Make it last for 20 seconds.
Unsuspecting Strike : 5 energy cost.
Sundering/Penetrating Shot : Make it 20% AP.
Ineptitude : 10 second recharge.
Empathy : Buff the damage so that it does 80 damage at 12 Domination.
Searing Flames : 100 damage at 12 Fire, inflicts Burning for 4 seconds.
Defy Pain : Unable to be targeted by spells.
Berserker Rage : Ends when you use a non adrenaline skill.
Agressive Refrain : Doesn't inflict Cracked Armor to the user.
Well, can't think of anything else...

To create skills that are almost on the same order of power as ursan. If everything is overpowered, then nothing is imbalanced.

Balance was already removed when they introduced ursan. Welcome to guild wars. If anything, this creates more balance because if you want to run a good build, you at least have more options than just ursan. Use your brain before you post, or else you're just a mindless flamer.

Give me one reason why I think this would ruin the game, compared to the state the PvE game is in now. And maybe I won't think you're completely baseless.

u have a point...
but many of the mentioned skill buffs in the op r pretty bad
this is due to the fact that some r already staple pve skills
(i.e. if ur not runnin ursan, ur prolly runnin one of the skills on that page)
if u buff the good skills to great status
wut happens to the mediocre skills?
and worse, the bad skills?

So this is an Ursan QQ topic? Seriously? The changes you suggested to the skills are insanely overpowered. Your reason for doing that is because of Ursan?
Can a real mod (not a troll) close this topic so constructive suggestions can be discussed instead of this crap?
