Cartography: Character moves 5% faster at max rank for the continent they have the title for. Does not stack with other effects. Must have title selected.
Allegience Luxon/Kurzick: 2k extra faction space per rank.
Skill Hunter: 10% discount from skill trainers per rank
Drunkard: Not to encourage drunks but, takes one less drink to get drunk per rank.
Mission completion track: Access to end game areas with a NPC instead of completing the mission again. Guardian title only
KoaBD track: pve version of emote
Unlucky: 100% failure rate for lockpicks. 50 unlucky points per failure. Must have title selected.
Vanquisher: Enter a zone in that continent alone, no hero/hench/other players, and no mobs spawn. This also includes chests. Similar how that zone in noob island factions work. Must have title selected when entering zone.
This is my suggestion, hopefully none seem over powered.

As it does not stack, I take it you mean that if you were to use a speed boost skill, you do not gain the 5% from the title? If so, not that overpowering, but I disagree, although not bad.

YES! YES! YES! I hate having to donate so often when doing AB, FA, or Vanquishing.

1. Its no longer ranked, its 4 different titles. 2. No, no, no, discount=bad idea.

No, instead, how bout a toggle-able perma drunk effect in towns?

Nah, if you did the mission in HM and NM, it shouldn't be hard to get to the end-game area.

Don't see why not, other then an e-peen, which exists already anyways.

Lol, ouch. No one would want that title with that. Not 100% failure, too harsh, even for title selected.

hmm. Cartographer exploit anyone? Other then that, which is already exploited enough through TexMod, I don't see why not.
Anyways, enough criticizing other's ideas, here are mine, and feel free to flame them.
Survivor: Once max, gain 50% less experience.
Drunkard: Drunk effect while in towns. Must be wearing title.
KoaBD: Emotes for rank 4+(use /koabd to show)
Sweet Tooth: 5% faster movement in outpost. Must be wearing title.
Party Animal: Sparkler overhead in outpost. Must be wearing title.
Defender of Ascalon: Hard Mode available in Pre-Searing Ascalon.
Legendary Guardian: Monsters gain 5 Levels in Normal Mode, 3 Levels in Hard Mode, only effective in Missions (for Prophecies, Factions, and Nightfall).
Legendary Skill Hunter: Gain 100 skill points upon gaining title (only effective for gaining Legendary Skill Hunter, no other Skill Hunter titles).
Legendary Vanquisher: Monsters gain 5 Levels in Normal Mode, 3 Levels in Hard Mode, only effective in Explorable Areas (for Prophecies, Factions, and Nightfall).
Legendary Master of the North: Monsters gain 5 Levels in Normal Mode, 3 Levels in Hard Mode, effective in both Explorable Areas and Missions, in Eye of the North only.
Unlucky: 2% lower chance of retaining lock picks, 50 addition points per breakage, title must be shown.
Hero: REMOVAL of Deer, Wolf, and Tiger emotes.
Zaishen: REMOVAL of emotes for rank 1-9, change rank 10 to all bronze weapons and 11 to all silver.
Kurzick: 1k addition to faction holding per rank. When Maxed, doing /Kurzick or /krank shows Saint Viktor appear, without the shielding effect.
Luxon: 1k addition to faction holding per rank. When Maxed, doing /Luxon or /lrank shows Archemorus appear, without the "spiking" effect.
Feel free to criticize these suggestions. I made them only for benefits that do not effect the game, or make the game harder. As you progress, games shouldn't get easier, but harder.

/signed for the bonuses that each title could bring in PvE. If EotN titles can give bonuses, why not previous titles, too?

True, but that doesn't mean other titles shouldn't give benefits. I think that the gwen titles, although poorly thought benefits, gave a good restriction. Only norn/asura territories for those, dwarven only helped against destroyers, and vanguard, the worse, helps against charr. Vanguard is the worst because it covers more areas then the others. Benefits that effect very little of the game is good, and imo, its better when they effect people in such a way to make things more challenging, just not too challenging.

I'm not sure I agree with the suggested benefits but I do agree with the idea.
