Eternal Scythe
I recently e-mailed a net to ask about this and they said they would pass it on, and also to post it here so,,,,,,
I would really like to see a Scythe to go with the Chaos axe, Eternal shield and bow, Ghostly staff and Storm bow. It would finnish off my Dervish perfectly and new high end weapons can only be good for the economy.
Strangely this is highly simillar to the thread recently started here....

Which i am sort of all for but i think too many glowy items about the place just makes you lose the desire to have one. There is alot to be said for "Unique"
So, any thoughts?

I think all the professions should have a fun glowy weapon like that.

Now that I would like to see, One glowing weapon for each class sounds like a good idea. Maybe for Dervish a cool skin with a glowing blade. You could do staffs with a glowing center. Maybe even GW could make a contest out of it.

Not a new idea. I doubt the idea will pass the menial laborers who do support. Anet can barely balance things as it is, crying they're busy on gw2 (which we still know nothing about).
But yes, its been suggested many times. Id like to see:
eternal spear/scythe/daggers
and shadow spear/daggers

It's always the same with all the suggestions like this.
All weapon sets should be completed with all 13 types of items:
- Sword, Axe, Hammer, Shield1, Shield2, Big Bow, Small bow, Dagger, Spear, Scythe, Staff, Wand, Focius.
- All armor sets too, for all 10 professions.
- And no skin should have multiple names.
- And no name should be used in more than one skin.
Yup. Like that.

Both Scythes and Spears lack a nice shiny/glowy/eternal skin.
Daggers at least have Celestial or Zodiac skins so they get some shine. Scythes and Spears get nothing.
It could be just a reskin of some existing weapons, anything would do.
But wait, if they added a really nice shiny Scythe, a lot of current rare and highly sought after Scythes would lose some of their appeal. Dervishes now have to be a bit more classy than just picking the most shiny / clearly distinguishable from a distance skin, which is what the masses would instantly do.
Maybe it was a deliberate design decision not to add a spear/scythe made of light...

One thing about your set. It should be a minimum of 11, maximum of 13 weapons per set, no need for 2 different shield skins, just 4 attributes, same with bows. But yes, every weapon set should be a complete set.

How so? It would just keep more money in the players pockets instead of being an actual gold sink, like we need.
