Yes, there are other things which need to be done to the HoM first, but this seems like a good idea. It means that you can display them and then destroy them. I always just get the festy hats, show them to the keeper then destroy them.

Oh god no...... the HoM is for achievements.... a stupid mask from some soooo simple quests or idling in a town is something for HoM? Get real....

HoM isnt just a place to display all your useless shit that no one else will see most likely. HoM is going to some how be linked to GW2 and if they dont have event masks linked then it makes no sense.

Great idea, putting a ghost of Ludor in the hall on the GW2 side would do it! Also why the heck doesn't collecting the hats effect the party animal title?

Well, actually I think that a festival hat HoM monument would in a way be a way to reward players for commitment. I mean, there are a limited number of people who have attended to all festival events and gone through the trouble of getting all the hats.
