/notsigned for all the reasons stated above. It's easy enough to accomplish many of the titles as is.

What's the point of having to repeately GRIND all those titles just to have another different copy of KoaBD on different chars? Why not simply make it a title that will aggregate YOUR achievements you made while playing GW but not restricted to just one char.
God Walking Among Mere Mortals wouldn't become any easier to get! At all! You would still need to max the same number of titles!
It would be a great strict IMPROVEMENT.
HoM going account-based is great but it only matters with GW2 in mind. KoaBD matters here and now, and it's impossible to get without extreme strict dedication to just 1 character. And it's still an very important part of HoM aswell...
Seriously, there are NO reasonable arguments against changing this title. Zero.

pretty much sums up everything I would have said.
To the people saying it would devalue the title, how does it devalue the title in anyway? You can only play one char at a time anyway not like you'll see 8 times more gwamm because its now account wide will still be essentially the same amount of people that have it.

gives me a giggle that most people who are saying not signed are those who most likely went against the philosophy of the game and grinded on one character and thats why they are getting buttherd

How so, it premotes less grind, get up to 29 max titles without survivor/ldoa. you would be left with lucky/unlucky, savior of the..., and teasure hunter/wisdom. All six of these are massive grind titles.
Then wait til they add r7, 35 max titles would require a non survivor/ldoa to either max unlucky (30 mil + alot of chest running) or Ziashen (100 mil). Now that one extra title really makes a difference, when getting the 35th title would take more work than rerolling a new character and geting survivor and geting the 31 other titles again (3 would be account wide).
/sign for making KoaBD account wide, not all titles, adding a r7. This would allow people the option of get 35titles out of 38 possible.
This would also end the whinning caused by survivor/ldoa, because it put all title hunters on equal footing, not some with survivor/ldoa, but let everyone work to gain the title.
Edit: So how is it ok to have a lvl 1 character with rank X hero/glad/ect, and can't show rank x koabd. it not like the title give any benofit, unlike how lucky works.
