No, they should not be account based. Edit (since more is wanted than sut a /notsigned): Even though I don't get into the RPG aspect of GW, I like to think of each of my characters as having different personalities and histories. Those titles just don't fit into their personas. My lady Ranger, who refuses to dance because she has to much self-respect to dance like a stripper, wouldn't like the appelation of "Incorrigable Ale Hound." Also, those titles are meant to be money sinks and only exist for that and to aid in reaching "GWAMM" title.
Edit: removed remark about other titles.

I'm pretty sure the reason polls were added was because of this.
Yeah, they should be. I'm pretty sure if my Monk uses party stuff all the time, my Ranger would be known around Guild Wars as a Party Animal by association.
I say yes, just because I'd rather not grind out a title and worry about which character I'm having a good time on.

First, to those who are just /signing or /notsigning, that is now against the rules :P
Second, where is the maybe option? I don't want eggs. (and I'm not sure for yes, although I'm mostly for that)...

No. They are just vanity titles. Leave them at that.

I have to sit on the wall for this one.....those titles are really useless in game, while the other titles that have been mentioned do have a use (treasure and wisdom)....so eggs for sure (can make lots of cookies)

No, vanity titles are just that; for vanity. What you're essentially asking for is that if your main has obsidian armor, all your characters from then on should automatically be able to -with the push of a button- get themselves their own obsidian armor. Yes, it's an extreme example, but it is NOT that far off from the truth.

Absolutely, it sucks having to spend a fortune on all the items and who wants to do that across multiple characters? And if you are on a different character and something drops, you have to transfer it to your other character. So the process goes storage, switch character, storage, eat, wait for it to kick in (if it's alcohol), then switch character again. Regardless this should definately be account-based.

Every title that isn't directly related to the storyline should be account based. (No for protector/cartographer, yes for grind titles and money wasters.)

I voted no because I'm against Sweet Tooth and Party Animal being account based. Drunkard, on the other hand, takes forever to get and going AFK on several characters to get it multiple times is beyond ridiculous.

Agreed. They also provide no advantage while playing (Lucky does, and it's account based). As someone pointed out, they're just "vanity titles", so I see no reason why people should not be able to show them with any character.
