"Leave Guild Hall" button suggestion
A simple one...
When you press the "Leave Guild Hall" button in the Guild screen, it takes you to the last place you were in before you mapped to the Guild Hall.
My suggestion would be a little floating text box over that button that would tell you WHERE you will be transported to when you click it.
It's a simple suggestion, but would help me avoid mapping an additional 1-2 times when I forget where I was when I went to the Guild Hall.

As far as I know, no it doesn't show a floating text box that says "You will be mapped to Kamadan, American Dist 1", unless I've accidentally disabled it...
:dunno:

I'm with Jetdoc, I might have accidentally disabled it but I'd love to know where I'm headed after I log out some night in the guild hall. Not a huge deal but it'd be nice.
You've got my /sign until someone comes and proves us out to be retarded

It is a good idea for groups that form up in GH as well, so u know where ur taking them to before actually leaving.

if the suggestion is to have a list showing every single outpost you could travel to i'm still goin /notsigned. too long
even if you just want a select few common areas or a way to go directly from the gh to the realm of torrent... get over it. anet has more important things to worry about than making sure you don't have to zone twice.

^ Did you read the suggestion? It's to show where you last were. Not to select where you want to go.
/signed though, I usually go to my gh before I go sleep then when I get back on GW, I forget where I was.

Many of us use the "Leave Guild Hall" button to avoid a few extra clicks when mapping, especially into the main trading hub cities where lag isn't too great.
Like the example above, it would be nice to know that my character would be mapped to the Domain of Anguish if I clicked the button, without having to map to Kamadan, then to the Vortex, and then to the Domain of Anguish.
I'm not asking to have a selection screen instead of the Leave Guild Hall button - I just want a little floating box so I know where I'm going before I click on the button. Not that hard, really.

I think I suggested this once somewhere some time ago... maybe the wiki...
My suggestion was slithly different:
- Change the text from "Leave Guild Hall" to "Return to <Last area name>".
Same change could be done with bundles:
- Change the text from "Drop item" to "Drop <Bundle name>".

My biggest problem with the leave guild hall thing is when it lags out on me. For instance, when I go to the character select screen and it says I'm currently in Isle of Meditation instead of Guild Hall, I know it's gonna zap me back to the last town I was in. And not only that, but it's ALWAYS the first or second district, aka the laggiest ones. At the very least we should be able to choose which district we want to go to if we click the leave guild hall button. I see no reason to see where you were last so much as being able to select which district you want to go to.

Aparently you DIDNT read it.
Hes not asking for a list of outposts or anything all hes asking for is to be reminded where he was before he went to GH nothing more.
/signed I often foget where I was and end up having to map 3 times to get where I want

I've always liked this idea.
Anyway... god, I hate the state of humanity. Guru makes me fear for my safety. To think, some of these people could be driving or working with heavy machinery.
