End game greens to count for HoM
Would you like to be able to dedicate your end game greens in your HOM?
End game greens are only achievable by completing the whole campaign, which means that a player who completes all four games would have four weapons to add, but also if it is made account based, a player who completes every campaign on three characters would have 12 weapons to add.
Completing each game on multiple characters takes a lot of time and effort. The end game green is a significant reward for this, but furthermore, this also gives an extra reward to players who complete campaigns multiple times.
Buying the end game green, or item of another player might be seen as a problem to cheapen this idea though, but remember that buying one of another player means that they also lose the ability to add the weapon to their HOM.
What do you think? Is this a good idea, or do you not like it?

They're too easy to get and often carry bad mods. The only endgame items I would like to see in there is Deldrimor (gold) weapons and Zodiac weapons.

You can skin a whole lot of Prophecies missions before getting there.
If you start from Factions, you just need to make... around 16 of 25 missions to get there.
I'd rather make make the titan quests repeatable, for 8 players and harder, and allow to get Titan weapons by making them.
And add also a Shiro'ken set in Factions, and all set. One 'elite' set for each campaign.

I have no interest in either tormented or destroyer weapons nor their cost.
The attributes dont really matter, just being able to fill the HOM with something else that I can get.

The only stuff I'd like to see there is Celestial and Zodiac Weapons ... as also the Contest Weapons, so that the nice Contest items are not wasted and can eventually be taken over to GW2.

How much does a destroyer weapon cost including mats?
How much do Tormented weapons cost?
Now how much do end game weapons cost?
Just think about it...

I'll /sign for this idea
Or just making gold Deldrimor weapons able to be put in the HoM instead of new Titan weapons (although I'd LOVE some Titan weapons if they act like the Titans themselves, that is, skin changes according to the area your in)
Shiro'ken weapons sounds very sweet, and then a core weapon set as well would be good, like an Obsidian set or Etheral set (so that no old weapons are reused).
All the sets would, of course, have to be crafted.
The reason why Greens, of any origin, should NOT be added to the HoM is:
1) They are free technically.
2) They are too easy to get.
3) End game greens are too easy to get as well(only HAVE to do 4 missions in Tyria, 9 in Factions, 14 in Nightfall, and 11 in Eye of the North; so just doing 38 missions gets you three weapons for free for the HoM? Pass).
4) If any Greens were to be added, they would have to be Elite Area Greens or End Game Greens. HOWEVER, in addition, it would have to be made so that they are auto-customized to remove trading them (to give them some downside since they are free).
5) Beating the games gets you 4 weapons no matter what, it would cheapen the HoM too much with the account-based update being made.

i like this idea a lot. since all tormented and destroyer wepons skin suck, i ratter be able to put my urgoz longbow on it, since when i got it worth at least more than an armbrace, i wish they couldnt be used in gw2 then we could just put our favourite wepons there, they could be exposed there for apreciation 100 years l8r lol

Same.
It would be nice if you could just put some of your favorite weapons in there no matter what they were. (How that would be implemented I have no idea and it probably wouldn't work, but I still like the idea.)

i like alot of the idea's i heard, 1 that stood out to me, is an elite set for each campaign like
Tyria-Titan weapons(as mentioned above)
Factions-Shiro'ken weapons or Luxon/Kurzick Weapons
NightFall-(Talach ninneed said Torment weapons will be able to be added)
Eye Of The North-Destroyer Weapons(obviously already that)
Bonus Mission Pack-The weapons u Trade in for with the books
so then every elite weapon plays a roll in the game of it origin that can be monumentalised

Endgame greens are common, doesnt take that long to complete a campaign.
Also Tormented items will be allowed in HoM thats enough.

i dont understand why people feel that monument needs to based in money. i for one think that we already have enough money monuments ie "Devotion" and "Resilience" i think that this monument should allow all greens because that's mostly what people play with. along with bmp, or a middle of the line solution for bmp weps and rares would be to give them monuments like if you wanted to show off the undead weps you got it would just be one statue that would have them all layed out.

Most casual players have greens and not tormented or destroyer weapons. Why shouldn't they be allowed to add their greens to their HoM?

Very poor suggestion. Endgame greens are one of the *worst* choices for HoM weapons. Extremelly common and dirt cheap, wtf?
I'd much rather see oldschool rares accepted there than common junk.

maybe, i rather have putting BMP weapons in the HoM or creating new kind of weapon sets like Lux/Kurz weapons, Sunspear weapons, Lightbringer weapons, Canthan Weapons. But end game greens is a possibility.
