gw.com/support is AMAZING. And yes, you can report anyone for anything. The nice part, is that they TELL you that the person got banned. I like to know that they got banned so i can say to myself... First-that isn't proof of anything. For all we know you just made that up... An actual screen shot would be proof, that or it never happened.

Second-I think your lying. Why? Because ANET never lets you know if they ban someone-Gaile said it herself.

Agreed. A.net does NOT notify you if a ban occurs, at least they didn't use to.

under the condition that said player show up either in your Recent Teammate or Recent Trade Partner Roster. plus a dialog box will pop up asking for you to submit a screenshots.

Pugging is a way to get to know more people in the game. You can't really play without puging once in a while.

If you only play with people you know in person or not from games you won't get to know much people in the game.

Thats why you join a guild. Pugs suck and you will ALWAYS get screwed over. it will either be time or money, or both. Report is a failure because as far as I can tell Anet does very little for scamming. While I am sorry that you were scammed I dont see a real solution to it other than avoiding pugs. And I dont know about anyone else but I tried a UW pug 3 times in the early days and never suceeded.
