I think i would prefer this:
Palawa joko's story: Makes you discover How palawa became an undead.
The lich: Discover how/why the vizier destroyed Orr
Shiro: Well...lets just put us in him while he's killing hundred of guards.
Dagnar Stonepate's story: Dscover why or how the chief and creator of the stone summit, went to that position. (as well of a bonus mission which is the part we need to kill rurik, i'm sure everyone will enjoy)

Great idea! For a bit there he was the epitome of evil, and I was looking forward to a showdown with him. Yet we ended up killing him almost as an afterthought, since our minds were on a greater battle at that time and he was just a minor obstacle between us and the Mursaat. We didn't even get to gloat. I would love to play "The Rise of the Stone Summit".

If Anet ever read any of these, just because a player thought of it before you doesn't mean it shouldn't happen.

It would take too much effort, to create something that fails just as much as BMP missions did.
Better work on the remaining realms of the gods (one, at least), or adding a few new PvP arenas, or something other out of the million good suggestions made here.

There are ONLY TWO ways I would agree with something like this:
- 1 Stories of those people before becoming evil or related to evil. Like the Story of D'Alessio. For example, Shiro and Khilbrom before being corrupted.
- 2 Stories of those people AFTER being defeated, repenting and stopping being evil (they can just be neutral or good, I don't care as long as they stop being evil). For example, Khilbrom in the Underworld, passing through some tests and calamities in order to cleanse his soul from Abaddon's taint.

The only point I disagree with is the BMP missions failing, they were fun, and thats the whole point of a game.
I would love a realm of one of the remaining gods to be created, like you said, but I still think this extra "BMP" would be great fun.

Us playing the heroes in guild wars? not to Spoil it to you, but
If one looks at the result of our heroes in guild wars -they would be remembered as champions of darkness, according to guildwars 2
prophesis -unleashed the titans, caused civil war in kryta, left ruriks sword in a vulcano, left staff of orr in the same volcano. -both artifacts of great importance
Factions - participated in civil war of cantha -didnt save Master Togu and the emperors turned later on
Nightfall -caused civil war - freed pawla joko and thus made the sunspears evil.
Gwen - helped the charr unite - didnt destroy the true great destroyer when had the chance (that dragon statue)

Would be great to be the villian. Wouldn't mind playing as a mursaat with spectral agony at full power. "Feel the power of the Dark Side"

RE: ROUPE
no-one is asking to change the history or the outcome of GW. were just simply saying it would be fun to play as the villains. no more no less. there are endless ways to play as the villains without wrecking the lore.

Re:Cronk
I didnt think it was about changing the GW history. I was just remarking that our gullible GW heroes wouldnt be good heroes in eyes of the GW2 people. So in a sense we already have played villains.
I like new content, so im all for the idea of more stories to play.
Prophesies
I like to see more of the Verata story, playing as him would also be nice
though i also enjoy the idea of playing charr saccing ascalon
Factions
Stonesummit and the dredge would be intresting, or the Jade Brotherhood
Nightfall
the Warmarshal would be nice to play

With all the ideas flying around, I think we'll need more then one BMP (or one that's twice/triple the size, and not ALL evil guys)

"Jadoth during his sailing trip before he became a margonite"
Ok I wanted the last one to be a NF one but couldn'treally figure one out :P

Jadoth IS from Nigthfall, after all, he serves Abbadon!
I was about to say to add Jadoth's story, he fought many forgotten after all.
Shiro killed the emperor, a whole kurzick and luxon battalion and fought at equal-foot against the luxon and the kurzick champions (its like a player fighting Argo and Lukas at the same time) and only lost because he was stabbed in the back
One more thing:
MithranArkanere,
Good and bad is relative, there aint such a thing as "evil must be destroyed at all costs", you have been watching too many cartoons.
The "good" is determined by those who win, and the losers, are the "bad" guys, allways. Im sure that if the Margonites could tell a story, they would call the humans the bad guys, since we destroyed their god and slaughtered many margonites in the name of our gods. Shiro is a good example of it, is he a bad guy because he was tricked? Was Abbadon a bad guy for not agreeing with the other gods? Is Grenth a bad guy for overthroning Dhuum? Are the Charr bad for wanting their lands back? Are the humans good for invadint eh charr territory?
There aint such a thing as good and bad, there are winners and losers.
The whole world spins around interest.

Sounds fun!
Prophecies: Vatlaaw Doomtooth on his reconnaissance mission in Presearing, or a Mursaat leader trying to contain the Titans before settling on the Bloodstone solution.
Factions: Shiro's story has been pretty thoroughly told. Why not play as Mungri Magicbox, the unstoppable Dredge war machine? Doubtless he was a key figure in the daring escape from Sorrow's Furnace. One of his adventures in the brave new world of Echovald would be a superb bonus mission.
Nightfall: The battle of the Margonites in the Crystal Desert, back when it was an ocean. Show us how Abaddon created the Lavender Brigade!
Eye of the North: Frostmaw the Kinslayer. Nowadays she reigns over a vast warren packed to the rafters with her bilious spawn, but what did she have to do to ensconce herself in such a kingdom?

This is a nice idea.
If sold like the BMP, ArenaNet might gain some money before the release of GW2.

The BMP missions didn't fail, they just didn't provide the farmers with new grinding-grounds.

Yeah I know Jadoth is from NF but I didn't think it was a very good idea for a mission pack since it's kind of hard to do a guildwars battle on a ship :P
