Unfortunately, I think that the last thing a dying game needs is more incentives to not play with each other.

Find better people to play with, or make your own group, or something. There are definitely more than enough people there to make effective groups.

Pretty sure players who play player versus player would like to play versus other players.

Anyways, ANet has already added them and then imposed a limit based on player feedback. Why start that cycle all over again? Ever heard the term: "heroway?"

Did you try looking in the international districts? They seem to be where the players go to find groups now usually.

I would "Lol" if that was the reason.

I'm assuming he means having unlimited amount of heroes in each game?
Last time I HA'ed (Which was yesterday) you had a limit of two.
Did I miss a update or something?

But either way I don't think you understand the hypocrisy in your post. You complain about Blood spike and IWAY (Lol, free fame) when you want heroes back in HA? That's like asking Anet to un-nerf something they nerfed.

I saw Olias and Master of Whispers yesterday in there ...
There is some truth in what you wrote about HA 'dying' but it is not dead yet.
And I am sure making 7 hero/ hench parties wouldn't make it better ... scaling the party size to six people was an attempt back in those days but as we know a lot of people didn't like it ...

You got a guild ?

He was saying that not many people play anymore, and those that do use the same gimmick. If u bring in heroes u know wats gonna happen... everyones gonna use a gimmick heroway which will be worse.

Thanx, but not thanx.

Hero Battles are there if you want to play PvP with PvE heroes, and if it's the same 4 or 5 teams every time running the same builds every time you should know them well-enough to be able to come up with some counters.

Basically you want to kill it more? If you're worried about 3-2-1-spikes or the crap that's there you'd still be facing the same crap but with heroes in their places instead. I'd rather have a player team on the other side instead of Heroways.

What's really killing HA is those elitist tards that want only rank 6 or higher.
Totally cuts out too many players right there.
And since most of the players there are the elitist tards, most players without titles end up leaving.
And then, there are no other people but elitist bastards left and thereby making the process of forming a party way to difficult.

Go join a heroway or rspike like every other low-ranked person sitting in ID1.

OT: It would be nice to have 4 heroes again. It would make rolling over heroway even easier, and it would also save from actually having to spam for 30 minutes at dead hours.
On a side note, heroes were reduced to 2 because of 6v6, which made it possible for over half your party to be heroes. I see no problem with bumping HA back up to four as long as GvG still allows it.

They've been killing HA forever yet it is still around. I thought it was a stale meta, lack of variety, too many teams only interesting in farming rank, and seeing all the good players being driven away from the game which is doing more harm.

More free fame? Yaaaay! /signeded!
This would bring me back for more active HA play - first 3-4 rounds of free fame, then serious opponents for bigger fame, instead of HoH wins for 4 fame we got now.

It's obvious that more heroes would increase the total number of teams playing. Less skips, longer runs, more fame. Easier fame. What not to love? Even more stupid gimmick builds. But in fact the history was always like that - the more lame gimmick builds the more players and teams in HA.

What's wrong with experienced players wanting to team up with players of similar experience instead of wasting their time on terrible newbs who just unlocked the HA outpost? While rank doesn't have much to do with actual player skill, chances are the higher ranked player will be better than one with a poor rank. If players quit because of them not getting accepted into a high rank group it's only their fault, they should learn from that and also try to team up with others of similar rank instead of QQ'ing.
