Hardmode the second chapter
After the dissapointing effect of ursan nearly everybody has made the Legendary Vanquisher-Title "by the way".
Probably it´s time for a Hardmode2, where the levels of the enemys are 2-5 lv higher than in the hardmode that actually exists. Maybe with 2 Elites.
Or where every character is just able to take a max of 5 skills in his skillbar.

or maybe, an extreme HM where u can only group with 8 real ppl, andn o heroes and henchies

well, not rly sure
more titles = bad idea
no titles = no interest, viable only for farming
canceling old titles till ppl make new HM = worst idea ever
think Harder-than-hard mode could be fun, not sure if it would have different impact than for farmers though
would rather see current HM live a bit (especially elite missions) than inventing something new which would take the rest of active ppl from there

To think abou a harder hardmode was coming when the ursan skill was fixed. At that time a lot of players we know and that came to ur guild still played just ursan until that fix. So one statement we often heard was that they did not know another way to finish some titles. Some of them were really unable to play their "real" classes.
But a lot of players finished their titles in that way. I think NOW (without ursan) a secon Vanquisher title will be a real challenge =)

Not everyone chose to use Ursan, so HM was in some (few admittedly) places rather hard. Rather than a new harder mode it would be better if those who did use Ursan to complete it had the option to reset the title and do it 'properly' or it was forcibly done for them, though I doubt this is actually possible...

So the suggestion is to basically take the worst things about HM and multiply them?
Sure, lets destroy the last bit of fun that was left in PvE after the disaster of HM1.

I think most people did vanquisher without Ursan anyway. On the side note HM would be more challenging if you do it with henchmen only.
People complain that something is too easy and they use consumables, ask guild for help, use exploits, ask for run and copy builds from pvx. Introducing higher level monsters will not help here.
I saw in one of the threads really nice suggestion. It was giving monsters random abilities. So people would be forced to use more balanced builds and adapt depending which ability monsters use at the given moment. Then it would be more about skill and challenge.

Most people did HM with Ursan simply because doing it without it was gimping urself. I hated ursan, would rather take an extra 15 minutes doing it w/o ursan then bore myself for that time. However, I know of several people who did every single thing in the game Ursan, and finished 1 week after Ursan was nerfed (I think he just had agent left to max when ursan was nerfed.)
However, this Idea is just bad. Id rather they make HM different, maybe give the mobs random options, like having 4 possible bars for each enemy (excluding bosses) and a different bar could be chosen. Would make it more like pvp.

so this post is mainly due to you being spiteful towards others having accomplished legendary vanquisher. regardless of how they got it they still have it...and if you didnt get the memo, ursan has been nerfed....conclusion: less people will be getting legendary vanq...so maybe that alone will help you sleep better at night.
ah yes and one more thing....most people owe thier vanq titles to a little thing called sabway....check it out

Did vanquisher without Ursan too and without Sabway ... So other methods do exist! I'm all for new content if it can be 'challenging enough' whether with a higher level for foes, evolved AI or random skill bars (like Luminarus suggested for the later).

Well i did LV before Ursan, was harder but it did payed off ! As far it goes with some Extreme HM i`m not for that idea, that`s like u beat already dead horse to make him run faster !!!
This game needs some new fresh content if it`s too survive to sequel !!!

Nerfing Ursan brought back a lot of the challenge to HM, especially when it comes down to completing Vanquish/Guardian titles.
Now, just because many people DID get their LV / LG titles using Ursan, many others DIDN'T. As with any title, only the person playing the character will ever know how "cheaply" they came by that title.
