Factions Armor for NF Non Core, NF End Game for Faction Non-Core and more.
Anet needs to stop leaving out the non core classes and just giving the most for the warrior cause that's stupid.
The Paragon and Dervish should be able to get Kurzick, Luxon and End Game Armor in Factions.
The Assassin and Ritualist should be able to get Nightfall's Sunspear Elite and End Game Armor.
All Four Non-Core classes should be able to get armor in Prophecies.
There should be End Game Armor for All classes after Hells Precipe and there should be Eagle Armor for everyone.
So many players talk about this in the Local Chats, Anet should be on that!
Armor is really one of the only things a lot of players are motivated by.

Perhaps someone in the lore community could weigh in with a reason why these armours shoul/should not be made available.
I think it would be fair to have kurzick/luxon equivalents of the paragaon and derv armour as they do travel to cantha and partake on both sides of the war. I myself use a derv in AB frequently.
I'm not sure of the reason for the Silver Eagle armour and why it's warrior only but maybe there's a lore-specific reason... Perhaps something to do with Ascalon's Chosen or something else... Anyone know? Very little is done in GW without some study being done in the lore of the game.
Perhaps it was part of a series of profession specific armour sets that never otherwise saw the light of day...

There's still more for them to do in this game, so I'd rather them finish it before working on the second.

At the very least, there needs to be sin and rit Primeval. I'm still mystified why they got Vabbian and Ancient but not that, makes no sense whatsoever (even from a lore perspective)...

They can't "finish" the game. There will always be people who cry and complain about how they can't have what they want. If anet catered to what every single person wanted, you would be playing a completely different game every hour.

Well, from a lore perspective ~
There where no Ritualists and Assassins in Elona during the Primeval era. Primeval armor was (pesumably) based on what the according professions wore during those times.

Signed for Kurzick Dervish Armor. Even a reskin. Something. Anything. Not like it's hard to bring up some of the old models and slap some new skins on them.

I do think that they should give Luxon and Kurzick armors for Paragons and Dervishes. Personally I think they could do something really neat with them. This would also equalize it so that the non-core classes have the same number of sets.
I would also really like them to go all out and give Armor for the non-core classes in Prophecies as well, but that seems like way to much work. Unless instead of making it like the cores where they have 5 different non-elite and elite sets sets per profession, they have a single Droknar's set and an elite set for Grotto and Citadel (Dervishes and Assassins at Citadel, Paragons and Rits at Grotto for instance?). Tis still a major undertaking though.

I already got a pony, I can't afford to keep another tyvm!
What's the point of adding more sets of armor if it's just a reskin. Meh. If it was something cool, I could maybe see that although that's not all that important and I'm sure they have better things to do.
The deal with the silver eagle armor was that it was designed then it ended up not being one of the armors, but they didn't want to just leave it out cause it was new and cool, so they added it even though it gave warriors an extra set of armor. Don't QQ about that ffs.

If we gave NF and Factions characters the same amount of armor sets as the core classes, we would soon see posts asking for more elites for those classes. Then a post asking for Mesmer to get another, and/or Warrior to have one removed.
Highly doubt Anet will ever spend time or money putting more armor into the game, but if they did, I'd be happy, even if it wasn't armor I wanted to get. Most likely scenario for new armor would be reskins anyway, which people would complain about.

I agree. Truth is the majority of GW players only do PVE to get elite armors (those that can work up and afford it). Those that can't would unsign to this. Armor is the only motivation for PVE. Prophecies for Non-cores have no real reward. Anet needs to be equally fair to the non-core classes.

this is foolishness. the reason anet doesnt add the new armor is pretty simple. ever taken a derv/para/rit/sin through prof or a derv/para through factions? its way too easy, you can tear it up in a day. thats one of the reasons they dont. weps arent inscribable in either of those places either so what is the motivation there? anet doesnt need to be fair, they are looking out for their interests as well. the core professions get more love cuz theyve been around a lot longer and were much more well thought out. therefore with each new game they got new armor sets. since theyve been around longer they deserve more cuz people tend to get tired of certain sets. if they give dervs/paras and/or sins/rits new armors they will have to give the cores new sets too. people would for sure get upset over this. many people have a core as their main, so deal with it.
but the main reason is this...
people whine and cry about everything, its a fact of life. anet knows if they add new sets, even though this thread has many people saying a reskin would be fine, but the instant they put it in, theyd hear a ton of people complaining its just a reskin. so why bother?
plus this...
no armor will ever beat...
female derv- vabbi dyed a light color
male derv- primeval dyed black
female para- leet sunspear/deldrimor
male para- fow
female sin-leet kurz
male sin- leet kurz
female rit- leet kurz
male rit- fow
so you really think another random set or two is gonna change this? no, it wont. people all tend to end up looking the same in the end, perfect example would be female warrior bandana/glads top/vabbi pants/random boots.
final point is
game balance/skill updates > new armor
reason for that being 90% of you play with heroes/hench anyway so why does it matter what you look like...?

I see your point, but this is just based off someone who's opinion is about skills > armor, when there is a lot of players that would rather player this game for how good the armors look, just as many players got attracted to buying GW from the store, having no idea what it is,but noticed how nice the box looked, so they bought it.
Of the core classes to be around longer? And so what if you believe non-core classes are just better than yours. GW would be nothing w/o the non-core classes if they decided to not make any with every campaign they made. This is about Non-core classes having the opportunity to get the equal amount of armor as cores should've been done a long time ago. This is like when players started ranting /unsigned to end game weapons in Tyria. Now look, they finally updated that and so Prophecies had "some" purpose for the game. A full purpose would be that and armor, period.

yes looks are important, i have a few sets on each of my people just to change things up sometimes. but if you read a lot of the threads here on guru you see a lot of people asking for changes to non-cores or their removal. i know im not the only one who has the opinion that non-cores make the game easier (permas, dervs, and imbagons especially) so that players that lack upper levels of skill can accomplish things they shouldnt be. thus titles are misrepresenting of skill level. again, that is my opinion. also it is my opinion that if you need a purpose to play through the game, i wouldnt want you on my team.

this can be done, after 2 years they added in updates to the tyrian elite armor in grotto and that other town. mostly the monks got the biggest benefit from that. it just takes a good graphical designer to make a few new armor templates and put it in the update.
and stop talking about gw2, untill its out. everyone knows the deadline was pushed back, yet again.
