If there was a skill update right now...
... I would change following skills functionalities:
"Charge!" (5 energy, 30 recharge)
Changed to: All allies within earshot moves 25% faster and have -2...5...7 damage reduction for 2...8...9 seconds.
All "Mind" elementalist attacks (except mind blast)
No exhaustion but 5 more seconds of recharge.
Crippling Anguish (15 energy, 2 casting, 25 recharge)
Changed to: for 5...15...18 seconds target foe moves 50% slower and takes 3...11...13 damage per second when moving.
Poison Arrow (5 energy, 8 recharge)
Changed to: Deals + 4...18...22 damage to target. That target suffers from poison for 4...14...16 seconds.
Second Wind (5 energy, 2 casting, 10 recharge)
changed to: Enchantment. For 60 seconds you gain 1 energy and 5 health for each point lost to exhaustion whenever you are exhausted. (10 energy and 50 health whenever they are exhausted). You are exhausted.
Shroud of Silence (5 energy, 3/4 casting, 30 recharge)
Changed to: Your spells are disabled for 15...10...7 seconds. Target touched foe can not cast spells or chants for 2...9...11 seconds.
Stone Sheath (5 energy, 1 casting, 20 recharge)
Changed to: For 5...15...18 seconds, attacks made by target foe and all nearby foes deal earth damage and they take 10...40...45 earth damage whenever they land a critical hit.
That's just what i think. Please tell me if they're overpowered or still underpowered or anything that come to mind

Crippling anguish would be inferior to weaken knees in every aspect. Poison arrow would be quite powerful imo , overpowered even. I don't have an opinion on the rest.

i would like charge to have longer duration than recharge will never happen tho, agree with the ele mind spells always wanted to use them but never liked the exhaustion, poison arrow would be a bit overpowered maybe just make it 1 sec activation more pew pew that way or make it add bleeding to lol, shroud of silence will never see that buff it was once similar to that and its been nerfed to it's current state.

so you guys think [melandru's shot] is overpowered then? it's almost the exact same thing. besides i don't want the recharge on poison arrow touched. so if there was a way to give it a buff without touching the recharge and making it OP then be my guest but leave my poison arrow alone otherwise
melandru's shot now says: 5 energy, 1 second cast, 8 recharge
If Melandru's Shot hits, you deal +10...22...25 damage. If it hits a foe that is moving or knocked down, that foe begins bleeding for 5...21...25 seconds and is crippled for 3...13...15 seconds.

Nothing wrong with [[Charge!]. Nothing wrong with [[Crippling Anguish]. Nothing wrong with [[Poison Arrow]. Nothing wrong with [[Second Wind].
[[Shroud of Silence] is useless. Revert it or delete this skill.
[[Stone Sheath] is bad for the following reasons:
- Elite Status
- 15 Second Recharge
- Only works on Attacks
- Inferior to [[Stone Striker]
I suggest the following for [[Stone Sheath]. Some or all of the suggestions should be adopted.
- Change function to ranged [[Grasping Earth] and foes cause earth damage
- Causes damage reduction of hexed foes, not critical prevention
- Slows foes by 10%-25% and prevents critical hits
- Cause Cracked Armor, hexed to reduce damage 1-8
Edit to clarify: Nothing wrong with it does not mean I am agreeing with the OP. It means that the skill is fine as it is. No changes or buffs are needed. Most of the skills listed are not severely underpowered enough to warrant a buff to see usage. Each have their own unique uses that another skill cannot match. If it is not used, it just means that a build for it that uses it effectively have not been thought up yet. But it does not mean a buff is needed to make people think up of one.

Your charge is just kinda like Incoming except with dmg reduction vs. health increase.
I believe charge is just fine and need no adjustments.

Coward! <- elite shout...more not even worthy of a non elite shout.
Currently "Costs 4 Adrenaline, causes knockdown if target foe is moving"
Change to "Costs 5 energy, Causes knockdown if target foe is moving, inflict cripple for 5 seconds"
Or perhaps 10 seconds, i dunno, however long it would take me to catch upto them in AB/RA and then inflict my own sorts of cripple.
Crippling Anguish (15 energy, 2 casting, 25 recharge)
Changed to: for 5...15...18 seconds target foe moves 50% slower and takes 3...11...13 damage per second when moving.
Um being that you'r changing it to a "takes dmg when moving skill" you dont really wanna slow them down do you..
Perhaps another skill that causes enemy to move 50% faster, but also inflicts dmg when moving.
Crippling anguish though, i can't remember what it currently is but perhaps just 50% speed reduction and say -3...--5...-7... health degeneration.

I don't agree with you.
Poison arrow is an elite skill that does poison. For that you can use apply poison instead and save the elite slot. But then you can't use another preparation? Then you can use poison signet. Same effect, no waste of elite slot. This skill is not effective enough to be an elite skill.
Crippling anguish got slowdown. Cool enough. Same as imagined burden. Only buff is that it got a health degeneration. The health degeneration is very low and makes it worthwhile simply taking 2 skills imagined burden and another heavy degeneration skill instead of wasting the elite slot. I don't mind the skill but it just needs a little more for me to find it effective. Perhaps give it a bit more degeneration. A -5 at 12 illusion would be enough for me really.
Second wind gives energy but no way near enough to make people endure the exhaustion. Giving it a healing capability would make people way more interessted in this skill. There are many other way more practical ways to maintain energy without having to rely on things such as exhaustion.
Shroud of silence. Agreed. Not delete since now it's already in game and would be too much a bugger XD
Stone sheath. not bad ideas but I would probably prefer mine :P

Agreed with "coward". I don't find that skill nearly capable enough either XD
Crippling anguish: Yes of course I still want to slow them down they still move even if it's 50% slower. And even with that buff weaken knees would still have it's advantages over it while the other way around too so it isn't too much. 50% faster when moving would make it too inferior. Not even close to weaken knees capability.
I would find increased health degeneration a fine buff though just thought the damage while moving is a cool feature

Except all of them have either been power creeped out of play (e.g. charge) or are terrible.
At this point I just can't support any more skills that improve offense. Yeah it would be fun to run a charge warrior again but you'd have to buff it up insanely to see play. Same goes with poison arrow, second wind and crippling anguish. SoS was nerfed awhile back because it was too good for spiking. Mind shock and mind freeze would probably be broken without exhaustion. I like the idea of buffing stone sheath into a defensive hex that actually does something useful.
