Tonics and Explorable Areas
The title says it.
Should we have it? We can use other festive tonics but that is it.
Edit: I did a search on tonics in explorable area's, but I get 10 pages on WTB/WTS. Sorry if I didn't find it.
Edit 2: I did an advance search still nothing, also I miss spelled "useless" with "unless."

Was there ever any thought or explanation why certain tonics are allowed to be used in explorable and others werent.
It was nice to be able use up tonics during vanquishing. But then you can't use most of the newer ones. = waste of time

Only reason I know of is the lack of fighting emotes. They only have enough for their weapons. But that shouldn't be a problem with Ooze, Norn, and Golem. Maybe others as well.
Norn uses a Warrior model. Ooze is so diverse in professions without model changes and never shows a weapon. Golem already has "attack emotes" for all weapons.

I don't see any real reason for this, it would be very similar to the summoning stone and would most likely raise the costs of everlasting tonics. If you really want to be able to do this, just buy summoning stones and use those. It's a lot cheaper than buy an everlasting tonic.

Being able to use tonics in PvE sounds like nothing but innocent fun to me.
