Renewing smash buff
The warrior hammer skill "renewing smash" nneds to be bufffed due to the fact that it has high energy plus the ridiculously long cool down time. The mian attraction of the skill is that it recharges your stances. BUt you can olny really use it once due to the fact that after you use it alot of stances have the same long cool down time. I am not arguing with the energy. becuas eif they cut down the energy and the cool down time that would be kind of over powered. But they should definatrly take the cool down of that skill from 20 to 10 seconds. What do you think?

What you're saying is, that [Renewing Smash] should be buffed so that warriors can endlessly spam one stance like some kind of Lukas? It's not meant to be used like [Deadly Paradox] with [Shadow Form].

List of Stances worth recharging fast (Duration vs Recharge vs Usefulness):
-Bull's Charge
-Gladiator's Defense
-Enraging Charge
-Harrier's Haste
-Lightning Reflexes
-Serpent's Quickness
-Tiger Stance
Most are good to great with Dwarven Stability. For PvE farming, "On Your Knees!" is used more frequently.
For PvP, I think that Renewing Smash is balanced directly against Gladiator's Defense in particular. In that case, the recharge can't be touched, and the cost is worthwhile.
You can leave this skill alone.

Issue with renewing smash is that there just aren't that many decent war stances with recharges that need significant shortening. About the only one I can think of is Tiger Fury. Actually...10 second recharge Renewing Smash + BoA = infinite 33% hammer IAS...

If RS was 5 energy and had no recharge I still wouldn't use it simply because there isn't anything worth recharging. You'll be in an IAS pretty much nonstop in PvE (neither Flail or Frenzy require RS) and in PvP it's pretty much the same thing, except Rush is taken aswell (but again, doesn't require RS). [[Enraging Charge] has a long (by War standards) recharge but getting it off twice in a row doesn't justify the slot; and is still inferior to just using FGJ.
So in short; RS is just one of those crap skills that has some minute farming potential and thats basically it.

Except that Gladiator's Defense is in tactics, aswell as the fact that it's a stance (so no IAS on your hammer)
PS: you forgot [Dwarven Battle Stance], which is definitely worth recharging

It would imbalance the hammer system because when a magehammer warrior loaded with enraging charge, magehammer, crushing blow, hammer bash. After you unleashed quarterknock spikes on a monk, and then you can recharge your stance with renewing smash and hit enraging charge again, that would unleash another quarterknock spike. That would gives you almost domination in GvG, and more midliner and backliner gvg players QQ a lot about renewing smash.
For pve, that would imbalance the game because of earthshaker elite, and infinity IAS speed with renewing smash. You can't have infinity IAS speedwith earthshaker skill at the same time. That would make the game a lot easier.
Edit: Image that gvg team comes with dual or trio hammer with renewing smash, opponent team is done for good. They won't move around that much.

I do agree that it would be OP, but I think they should lower the energycost to 5

Use [on your knees] after [shock][bull's strike] if you really want to annoy people with [dwarven battle stance].
I was thinking of using [dwarven battle stance][renewing smash][staggering blow][auspicious blow] but I think the above is a better alternative.
Also for anyone's information, [magehunter's smash] is an underpowered elite.

bulls would be ok, but it is still somewhat conditional
Shock causes exhaustion, and with a 10 energycosting skill, it's not such a good idea, imo

It would work for recharging dwarven battle stance, though. You just can't really use any other energy skills, but then battle stance ends if you use a skill.
Kind of annoying to encounter it in pvp, but also impractical for real use.

It says in the dwarven battle stance that it ends when you use a skill.... which pretty much makes the skill useless. It really just looks like an elite form of berserker stance
