It should be 100k for all three signposts, Zehnchu shouldn't really be available, he doesn't do much as far as I can tell, and the reward people should be 50k for Bronze, 75k for Silver, and 100k for Gold.

I like to be able to leave my characters in outposts (pretty backgrounds !!) and its a tad annoying having them all load into temple of balth for the quests. I'd also like another GH gold sink and the convenience would be nice!

I think his point is, if there is to be a "main central trading town" then it should be the GToB and not Spamadon or LA. You know why? Because GToB, unlike those other towns, is accessable by everyone who owns any of the games. It allows people who only own Factions to trade with people who only own NF, etc.
I think that is the reason they added those z-quest NPCs there, instead of somewhere else. They could have just as easily called them xunlai-quests and put the NPCs in LA, KC, and Kam. A.net didn't. They choose that spot for the quests for this specific purpose in mind.
If people want to be able to use the "port to gh button" and "leave outpost button," what this suggestion should be for is for a new "port to GToB" button that is right below the "port to gh button" that does the same thing (would also be a good way to help new players find PvP), rather then moving the NPCs.

They are a way to get people enter there.
That outpost should be the one where people should direct to trade, since everyone can enter there, so it's better to keep something making people go there if they are not adding anything to ease trading, until that outpost becomes the one to trade.

They couldn't have put the NPCs in LA, KC and Kam because PvP characters would not be able to get the PvP quests - PvP characters can't go to the PvE towns.
Since PvE players can go to GToB, it's understandable why that town was chosen by ANet - it gives access to all characters. But for PvE chars, it's somewhat of a nuisance to have to go to GToB every day and then need to retrace back to where they were through towns that don't take full-sized parties (LA, Kam).

Having a "travel to GToB/leave GToB" button would also sort out that problem, and I think is another good suggestion. I'd still prefer to have the quests available from the GH, but at least it'd allow teams of 8 to move to GToB and back without having to split.

Hm... then a 'travel to last visited non-PvP outpost could be added under the "Leave/Go to Guild Hall button" to remove such nuisance.

Anything that removes the need to visit any kind of public place in the game gets my vote. I'm tired of seeing the game turn more and more into a freakshow.
