The official: I Hate Yeties Thread
Okay everyone! It is time to put a stop to this rediculous tonic! Every time i go to a town or an outpost, they are there... yelping and roaring and making a huge annoyance so people cant hear anything else coming through their speakers! eg. music, ventrillo. ITS JUST PLAIN OLD ANNOYING! Yes you do have the option to turn off your sound, but hey its a pain in the butt to have to go and turn off and on and off and on every time you wanna go to kamadan! We all know that argument is just rediculous. And on another note, what is the point of the chat filter if we get banned for obscene language anyways??
Someone please tell me im not alone in this!

If they implement this there would be no need for Anet to put anything in the store anymore and they will have funds to finance even gw3 development.
Anyway I do not find yeti sounds annoying. It quite amuses me how the people are wasting their time just trying to annoy others instead of playing. If no one would complain on guru every second week those yetis would have been extinct by now. They do it just because they know people do not like it.

You're not alone. There's been several threads about this in the past. I'd tell you to make sure and search the forum, but since that's currently disabled...
Anyway, no need for another thread on this. Closed.
