Last hope.

Agreed, though I think it's actually tied with an auction house for the most important thing that needs to be added to the game.

That doesn't even include the quests. Worse, people would be using it for Trade whether they were supposed to or not. Just jump to Kamadan, Lion's Arch, and Kaineng Center to see the amount of trade spam that already occurs there, and then multiply that by the people who were in mission outposts waiting to start a mission, but wanting to buy/sell.

1. Limited number of entries you'll see. Only the newest would appear.
2. Filters. If you want to see only people selling swords, you filter the results and see only people selling swords. If you want to see only people making ONE mission, you filter to show only those results. I can be EASILY done, SQL queries of that type take quite less resources than you may think. The only thing left would be a flood control, so you can make search only every 2..10 seconds or so depending on lag and load.

go to the outpost nearest the thing you wanna do. and the people who need to do it will be there. if you wanna do frostmaw's go to Sifhalla.
its not that hard.

Not necessarily. If there are others out there who need such and such mission, quest or dungeon, but are in the guild hall or helping a friend with something else, or sitting in Kamadan selling stuff, they won't be near the thing you want to do, will they?

I was about to write a new suggestion but a search wielded this one!
Seriously, this is something I would really, really like to see in game. For instance I have been trying to get a party together desperately to do Kathandrax. People don't hang out in the outpost hoping someone will turn up to do it, but they might like to do it if they know someone is about to.
A global party search would let you know what others are doing, and you can join them if it's something you need, thereby enabling you to get parties together for slightly more random areas than we currently can in the thinning GW population.

Absolutely positively. With the way missions have been thinning out, it would be wonderful to be able to find players with similar agendas, no matter where you are. Gets my vote.

Sounds like a really great idea plus makes everything more easier. Hopefully they put this kind of thing in GW2
