The same can be said for other skills, dude.
I think everyone who cares about the health of Guild Wars would agree that there needs to be a wider range of skills to choose, rather than being forced to use what Anet choose to be the "Flavour of the Month".
i'd like to see old skills making a come back, but knowing Anet they will hugely buff only 1 or 2 skills to drive the meta; and not give us players the option of variety since they'll own everything else.

Some skills just aren't that good or aren't very useful. Deal with it. It's a waste of ANets time.

This skill is perfectly fine and is use by many people who enjoy playing the game the way it was meant to be and not using Shadowform for tanking purposes.
A warrior with ErfShakur, Belly Smash, FGJ! is one of the best forms of Real tanking in this game.

I say leave the recharge time, but increase the blind duration. Would primarily make it more effective in PvE, and in some situations in PvP because blind is usually removed before it's full duration under most circumstances.

The problem with your suggestion is that weakness and blind don't stack that well. If you've got blindness, why would you need to weaken them? I suggest another condition, like bleeding or crippling. Crippling would make it a viable as a counter-melee skill. Belly smash + counter blow would kinda rock.

Anyway,as said before bellysmash isn't alone and I don't think it should be concentrated on solely. Rather every pathetic elite and non elite should be looked on, sorting out an entire class at a time.

It's weak as is. Other skills inflict blindness way better. The recharge is ridiculous considering the conditions.

Well I can't say my suggestions were the best but still why not change it?
You can't say it's a waste of time because then why is ANET still changing skills?
Look at "We Shall Return"; it's a non-elite and the function of it (PvE wise) has been completely changed.
Plus don't you people agree that this is quite the silly condition to give with the current conditions it has to achieve it? You need a knocked down opponent, then also you just cut out a skill for 30 seconds on your bar. Great.

I'm a fan of Belly Smash. I can't think of anything more fun than being surrounded by 4-6kurzick idiots and Earth Shaker -> Belly Smashing them. A buff would definately be appreciated, though I wouldn't say it's necessary.
