Would require Fame and Balthazar Faction gained to be ZERO. Since that would be required, no thanks. If I'm doing HA I want to gain Fame and Balthazar Faction. Yes, it might be fun, but I don't want a weekend of no benefit just for a short lived fun time.

Aside from other obvious reasons why this is terrible, PvP characters may not use PvE skills. They have no means to acquire them, nor to increase their associated ranks.

Easy way to solve this.
Like there is for HM and NM, make options for PvE or PvP.
PvE is non ranked and you get no benefit from it towards titles etc, but allows PvE skills, while PvP works just as it does now and disallows use of PvE skills.
Satisfies both groups, allowing those who just want a laugh to do just that, while those who want to take it so" uber serious" can make HA serious buisness.

Eh, SY would be bypassed since everybody would be doing all these armor ignoring spikes (like necrosis, technobabbe, and intensity).

In the poll I voted no, thinking how stupid and pointless this would be as teams would be free to abuse numerous PvE skills to reduce PvP to complete crap.
Reading the responses I was thinking it might be fun, provided the ranks were frozen.
Now I'm back to where I started; with the realisation that while instant, somewhat unavoidable kills are fun, they are just as likely to hit me before I can do anything at all.
Definately /notsigned.

Even though I don't play PvP. I say no. Why? because PvE-only skills should be destroyed. Except for Sunspear, Lightbringer, and Kurzick/Luxon skills - of those, the profession-based ones should be merged into the primary attribute and the rest left alone like originally intended (though a re-wording to show scaled numbers instead of one very long sentence that will never end would be nice!).
