No thank you. There's enough spam as it is in towns, and having ninnies running around going "OOo, look how leet I am I have a deer!" is bad enough without more of the same.
Frankly the title is enough of a reward, an emote is not going to make people who allready don't care about your title change their minds and suddenly care about your title. Which means the emote is just for you...which is just as immaterial as a title, so what's the big deal? The true reward is knowing you did it.
As someone said earlier, emotes should stay with PvP-ers, since they have precious little to show off in towns other than titles, emotes, and emotes.

The time it takes to get a " bambi " is much less, but still gives an /rank emote for pvp. I think people should be rewarded for putting a lot of effort in one character.
I would like that there comes an emote for having a rank in Kind of A big Deal. They could be different for "Kind of a big deal", and "people know me", and the one after that.
Suggestion for the emote could be involving the 5 gods like: wings of dwayana, or oozing mist of grenth.

Ps I got Protector and Grandmaster Cartographer on Tyria and Cantha, and now working on Elona

Please leave emotes to PvPers, BUT although PvE'rs DO need something for them, but emotes should be for PvPers ONLY!

"skill" is a rather lax word, 3 cartogropher titles, great, you ran around for a few hours, wheres the skill there?, a few protector titles, wow, easy as hell.
please dont go on about skill when it comes to PvE titles, as you can get all of them with pugs or heroes and henchmen.

I'm not quite sure if I get how this is relevant, specifically because there is only 1 pvp title I can think of that requires a guild to do.
The Hero title can be done with pug, heroes and henchmen, and guild
Gladiator is either done with random groups; which is akin to pug, pug or guild
Commander title is only doable with heroes
Alliance title is possible with pug or guild
And the only one requiring guild, the Champion title
Explain to me how this is any different to pve then?
More specifically the only PVP title that garners an emote is HERO, that allows all the various types of team, maybe not hero henchmen only, but you can use them
you are implying that players have no skill unless they work in a guild, that it takes no skill to do missions, even that these are easy to do, just because you find exploring easy doesn't mean that everyone does. I have seen many post where those that play the PVP game complain that people use cookie cutter builds that are too easy to gain fame and titles there. That these builds don't need skill, by your standard, therefore you are also implying that it takes no skill to get any of the PVP titles, and therefore that there should be no emote for HERO either.
This is not an argument to say that it does take skill to get these things, whether or not I personaly think that it does or doesn't is irrelevant, this is simply a statement pointing out the implications of what you have said, and how logically you must think the same about PVP

Other people.
That's why I said your IGN were your only title. People knowing you will know you upon your skill, your behavior, or your achievements.
Any numerical count of whatever you want will never be a proof of skill. Only other people can judge, not a computer.

I don't have the title yet, but I would be more inclined to achieve it if I did get it.

Only because it is character-based and not account-based.
KoaBD may be more common than it was.... but it still won't be as filth-common as some of the PvP titles because they're all account-based.
I have one KoaBD character and none of my other chars even come close.

emotes for pve?some people want it all imho.titles already convey certain inherent bonuses to players, the reward is there already.if there are to be any emotes added then it should be to pvpers (i dont include hvh or ab in this)....i cant believe that the gladiator and champion tracks dont have emotes, very poor show.
btw im not a elitist pvper,i have the pkm title and still dont think it warrants a emote.

Are you for real?
More emotes for PvP uniquely?
Not an elitist PvPer?
Dude... pull that stick out of your arse. A-Net play favourites with PvP enough already. Any more would just be taking the p!ss.
Besides... the emotes only exist to cause aggro anyway. If you have a title then wearing that title alone should be enough... and that goes for ANY of them. Flashing the deer, wolf or whatever is just attention-whoring and trolling by any standard....
Kill bambi and the problems will stop....

Firstly, koabd rank 1 is harder/more time consuming to get then bambi. Anyone that thinks otherwise is terrible at PVP.
You can just run SF-way for a few weeks and get bambi easy.

lol reward for all the grind plzkthx
Easy or not, it takes TIME...a precious commodity. I'd like to be rewarded for giving so much of it to the game, honestly. And, yeah, it really does suck that KoaBD track is only character-based. A special emote would help balance out all that effort.
I don't begrudge rank emotes. Let me have my own different one and we can all just continue to go on ignoring each other. ^ ^

Maybe you should pull the huge stick out of your ass. Seriously you make threads on this topic and people disagree with you and you flip out, whats your problem anyways? Did mommy not love you enough and get no attention?
imo stop posting. people have opinions, its not your job to bitch and critize about what other people believe.
Theres a bumper sticker that comes to mind "If I'd like to hear from an ass, I'd fart."
I don't have a problem with an emote for the title track... though its pretty easy to get.

Yes it may take time, but KoaBD is just that now "kind of", If I didn't have to go to work for the rest of the week I could quite easily max out 8 more titles and go past PKM. Two of those would just be cumulative tracks from the cartographer and skill hunter groups.
Plus, I don't think my video card would be able to cope with going into an outpost and having to cope with all the e-peen wagging that would ensue.
