we seem to be Neglecting Togo's exploits.
they could at least teach both of these morons that RoJ is not the Divine glow of Balthazar's love and not to be so attracted to it
But a NPC name Change is possibly in order I suggest Master Bozo and Brother Aggro.

I lol'ed at this. Truth from above. And not that "Divine glow of Balthazar's love" type of truth, either.

But I do have a minor peeves on a few occasions where the NPCs have such a large body block area that I could easily get sandwiched between the mobs and the NPC on some narrow paths. In other words if a player can be body blocked by NPCs, the same also applies to allied minions and spirits which can to an extent messed up your game a little if that NPC is to be kept alive.

That they don't really live up to their rank is another thing. Other than that you are very right

I dont think they should be flagged but they all should be like Ghosly Hero on Dunes of Despair. You should be able at least to tell NPC who to follow when the NPC doesnt have its own path ( like abbaddons mouth extra ) and be able to command "stop following" with a radar limit. Flags .... nah , too much.

Or just give them better paths to follow so they don't stick on walls. I can't be arsed to flag NPCs, I hate flagging heroes anyway.

I'm pretty sure being a Spearmarshal (a legendary one, even) puts my rank above theirs

But they've got friends in higher places than yours. It's like when your new intern just happens to be your boss' nephew, so you still end up having to bend down and lick boot.

I really hate kormir. The number of times you go to lure a demon mob and then turn around and find you've been bodyblocked is just fail. At least throw a spear or two if you're going to stand in my way...

I also think this request is ridiculous...if i havent mentioned that before.
They are often incompetent, but it is no worse than being forced to have koss or meloni in your party. AND, you can flag these two. Who is to say it would be an improvement? Not to mention as Nuclfus said it is fairly easy to babysit a couple NPCs from time to time.
Go easy on Togo guys he is old and senile.

Alright..I guess I'll have to make due with torturing Danika

As already stated, some missions would be broken by leaving NPC's at start

When it comes to connections succeding isn't hard either King Adelbern of Ascalon, The Istani Council, The Princes(s) of Vabbi, King Jalis Ironhammer of Deldrimor, The Queen (forgot her name) of Kryta, Turai Ossa (Ghostly Hero) and so on
