Please replace Mysterious Tonics from Travelers gift.
Back then when they announced the tonics in zaishen chest I thhought it was cool. Getting factions to get keys and hope for the everlasting one. I was like "Hey I want that one sooo bad". Caus I thought it looked kinda awsome when just a few lucky somefockas standing there like a Phantom or Golem. But... not anymore. Since they added Nicholas the traveler he gives you gifts in exchange of some collectors item. And you'll get all these tonics plenty of the time you do it. This made the whole guild wars able to transform in some random before cool form. But it is'nt as cool as it was back then when there was only evelasting tonics from zchest.
I know this is'nt ruining the game or anything. Maybe it's just me getting ticked at this. Call me a whiner if you want. I just wanna show my opinion and see if someone agrees whit me.
What I suggest is: Remove the non-everlasting tonics and have the everlasting as it is, at the same "droprate" as in zchest. And replace the tonic with something else that gives the same partypoints as the tonics do.

You are aware that half the forms available from Nicholas, do not drop from the zchest and also do not have an Everlasting tonic?
Honestly, people having the same form as someone else, is no different then people having the same armor. So I see no point in removing them from the traveler gifts.

The Z-chest dropped non-everlasting forms of all the tonics as well. I remember getting about 10 trapdoor tonics for around 3k each back during the month they dropped.
Basically it sounds like you're against the mysterious tonics because they make your everlasting tonic less special? When you use the mysterious tonics, you have a 1 in 24 chance of getting a specific tonic; it's still special to have a specific tonic of a specific form.
I think the only thing I might agree to would be removing more common tonics, like transmogrifier and the elf, from the round up simply because it's a disappointment to waste a mysterious tonic on getting one of those forms. However, I don't care too much about it and I understand the reasoning of including them.
/Notsigned, I like the tonics as they are. Tonics are about fun, not about personal ego. Besides that, everlasting tonics are still some of the most valuable, impressive, and sought after items in the game.

I don't stick with the personal view on how it should be only for the rich like before.
But I want to add that somewhere down the line with the larger access to items they have lost their value somewhat. The same thing with fireworks, you pretty much have them going on 24/7 in all the major cities. Sure it might be fun, but seeing them each time you log in ruins the original aspect of them. These are IMO items meant for special occasions, now they have no value in them being overused.

The mysterious tonics aren't detracting from the value of the Everlasting tonics...in the end you still have that everlasting tonic in your inventory, and if someone wants to call you out on it, you can show it in trade. If they can't produce a counter to that, then you win. Victory. Capiche?
not signed. This allows anyone to get a cool form, but the drawback is that they have to sit in the outpost for 45 min to get the full effect, and they have no control over the form they receive.

I like the tonics and see no reason to get rid of them. Yes it does get annoying once in a while spawning into town and hearing an abyssal/yeti grunt and getting a face full of yeti butt (lol by the way). But tonics are just another way to make the game fun.
What they should do with mysterious tonics is make the chance of getting something so boring/common like the snowmen, Grentch, candy corn people, and elf much smaller; I'm forever turning into those and when the holidays roll around I get about 50 more. I don't want them in the mysterious tonics.

This is exactly what I did in the cinema when this scene played out. A bigger cliché they couldnt've put in there.

I shall disagree with this idea. For I need Party Points for the titles and tonics make thy job much easier.
Beware Nicholas thy Weak, Halloween loves the taste of Yak.
