Wtf is your point? Everybody QQ's about how guildwars is an old game and such, all this does is adds something new. It's mixing things up just to keep it interesting. Balance is great but the same guild wars day after day can be boring. And I don't want to play a completely different game, I want to play an altered version of guild wars. Is your life seriously gonna be shaken by one weekend every once and a while where they change the game mechanics slightly? I doubt it. I'm willing to bet you would have fun being creative and trying new things.
And two elites would not be hard to implement. Neither would decreased/increased attributes. Altered number of skills and professions however would be a little bit more difficult. I think for my professions Idea I would like players to have access to all professions skills. This is completely doable, because certain blessings will increase your attribute rank in skill classes which are outside of your two professions, and you will actually see the attribute class in your skill window if you press k.
