Party Animals, not so animal...
Its sad, you got so called party animals hiding in a corner, alone ,blowing their stack loads off party items with no party going on.
So the suggestion would be - account wide Party Animal titles and maybe throw in sweet tooth there as well. You know, let loose a little.
Lets get this party started!!

Pretty ironic when you mention trolling considering your post.....
It wasn't really expected that treasure hunter, etc. would become account wide and yet they did. So you never know.

Party animal should be account wide, im sorry party poopers, but yes it would encourage more partying. But dont you worry folks, that partying can be enjoyed by all!! Because now you dont have to worry what character youre with, you can party all the time any time!!
Have you ever showed up to the party only to find out uh you didnt exactly fit in? How embarassing... Well dont you worry about that anymore, with account wide party title you can bring any char to the party!! All are welcome. Naked warriors, sultry necros midget monks all are welcome to the party with account wide party title!! Agree now! While quanities last!

i dont think titles that dont require any time besides spamming "Buying stacks of party items" should be account wide...Oh sorry. and the 30minutes of constant clicking it might take.

Drunkard, Party Animal, and Sweet Tooth should all be account-wide as they are based on usable items, much like Wisdom and Treasure Hunter.
Making titles account-wide encourages the use of multiple characters and thus raises the number of people who will be inclined to buy GW2 - a lot of people enjoy multiple characters and will definitely look forward to a game that supports it.

/Agree with Zahr, and since many people wanted survivor and LDoA on their mains cause they didnt know about those titles when they made them why dont make them account wide too

Oon-topic: No. As per Linsey-- "This is not going to happen". Nor does it need to.

The 3 consumable titles SHOULD definately be account-based, there's no good reason not to. Players should be able to PARTY with any character and have the cons used not get wasted but added to the title they're working on. It's by far the most important on SWEET consumables that give buffs, it feels like such a painful waste when you use for example Red Rock Candy on a farming character and that doesn't contribute to the sweet title you work on another character
Most importantly it's **EXACTLY** the same problem and pain as it was with using Lockpicks and opening chests on a character that wasn't your main treasure hunter, before the titles got updated.
Only one detail to keep in mind when making this update is to not merge the titles of Pre-Searing characters - those should remain character based until seared (it's a separate community where the titles do matter).

So.... By your logic a character who has used just one party item should be a candidate for being a "Life of the Party"? And a newly created character should be just as elligible even though they've never used a single party item? What? That makes no sense...
Sweet Tooth items were originally designed for their buffs and Party Animal items originally were never meant to go towards a title (hence no title existed for quite some time until later on). Now these days these two titles main purpose (notice I said "main purpose" and not "only purpose") are meant to be for people who can afford to max these title.
Having said that. No. No I do not want it account wide. If I wanted to have this title maxed on additional characters I will simply spend my fake pixelated gold on buying more party/sweets and max it on a different toon.
Like I said, this title, in the end, is meant to be maxed buy people who can afford it on individual characters. Linsey stating it has no right as an account-based title further backs my opinion on this matter. /shrug

In one hand I think titles should be hard enough to make the title less worthless. Then again I think titles should be possible.
The amount of needed for the party title (and similar) is insane. It's also not fun (games should be fun, not farm 'n grind).

Simply because ArenaNet said they won't do something, doesn't mean they won't. I'd have thought everyone would know that already.
