Marhan's Grotto - Remove the Ice
Though this small outpost has few people visiting it, I do find it to be an annoyance that there's all that Ice causing -70% movement if you stop moving. I think that it'd be beneficial if this environmental effect were to be removed. Its not that big a deal, it just bugs me.

lol, nty. it's awesome that this unique town has an environmental effect unlike other towns. makes it special. it causes no harm and has been there for over 4 years . it's fine.

If it was the size of droknars forge or others....then maybe yea. Its something thats unique that helps make prophecies what it is. Its not like you need to spend a lot time there like other fully equipped outposts.
Grotto is small and inviting. Who knows, maybe you'll see the next ice capades there.

If anything, we need more towns with something to make it unique. Marhan's and Mouth of Torment have environment effects, Tarnished Haven has Shing Jea Sherman and Mhenlo's pop-locking. There's really not enough of these things.

Generally asinine idea, no reasoning behind wanting it removed beyond you just not liking it. Implementing it would do nothing for the game, and would be a general waste of time.

Yeah it's annoying when you just want to go to a merchant or something... but it's been that way forever.
Best is when you see people "sliding" across it. Not sure if they can still do that or not.

MAYBE patches of snow around key stopping points like merchents and stuff, but not removing the ice altogether. I like it, and most people do, and if anything, outposts need more of that stuff making them unique.
