I LOVE the glacial blade skin but you can only get it from a promotional edition of EotN. (as far as im aware)

Of course, i did not get this bonus because i just got the normal GWEN.
I would really like to see some other way to get it because its my favorite skin... But i cant get it...

There are two ways. Buy the pre-order CD-Key on Ebay, or whichever sites traffic this kind of stuff, or use Texmod to turn whatever weapon you're using into that skin.

You will tire of it very quickly, and eventually only give it to heroes that you just made for the sake of having a max weapon.

That isn't a Bonus Pack weapon.

The only way you can get it is to buy the whatever code through ebay or perhaps amazon, wherever you can find it, and add it to your account. You can't trade it ingame (customized) so there's no other way.

Texmod can't do that. You'd need the ability to change the mesh too.

True. The stats are terrible, but it's good if you are just a collector. But yeah, you should be able to find an EotN Pre-order package on eBay or Amazon pretty easily.

i got 2 on ebay for like £3.99 each one for me and one for a friend and the sword looks kool but is only good for heros really but i do like the hourglass staff (wich would of look even better on a Guild Wars Utopia Chronomancer)
