Fix faction per win for AB
Currently due to the sad state of affairs in AB, we luxons are stuck on two maps and a very dead pvp arena.
1. Fix faction per win so that there is more incentive to play AB
for luxons we could have somnething like; on ancestral would be 7.5k, grenz 5k, saltsprey 4k, 3k keys and 2k at home base.
give people an incentive to push and play AB. it will kill off JQ and FA a little, but honestly, AB is a much better pvp format.

Wouldn't hurt to have this.
I have not done AB in over a year due to the fact that the map is almost always on the same stage and the fact that AB just isn't profitable enough for me to give a damn. If I can get 3,500 faction for winning something as simple as JQ then I think we should get more for our work in an arena that cripples you with a 2 other teams that have Warriors with mending and Monks with flare.

OP is clearly suggesting better faction rewards per win.
Something does need to be done to sort AB out and maybe higher rewards would do that but theres no saying that an influx of ex-JQ'ers/FA'ers would improve the map situation.

Not to mention JQ is the stupidest PvP in the game. Stupid monks running around with RoJ and damn suicide bombing necros. PvE + PvP + Same area = crap.

AB should stand out a bit, it takes the most time and you can assemble your own teams. Also, buff FA to 3,5k per win, takes just as long as JQ.

lolwut? RoJ Monks and Necro bombers are the 2 most important played builds in JQ. If you think otherwise then lol.

But, the only reasons the Luxons are so deep in Kurzick territory is because Kurzicks are just terrible in general. Most luxon players are other PvPers that play(ed) other significant PvP arenas. I remember back 30-35 months ago when Kurzicks were always deep in Luxon territory because for the exact same reason as we have today, only on a much lesser scale due to stagnation of this game.
A faction push would help this to a certain extent, but I believe most Kurzicks would just quit trying to playing against Luxons along with the fact that most active Luxon ABers have maxed their Kurzick title.
I also do not like most of the JQ and FA players, most of them are in their younger teens and treat GW like a chatroom to flirt/cyber/random shit that no one would like to hear.
In my opinion I would suggest the same thing though. along with skill updates to all the NPCs. Kanaai/Ancestral NPC's would have different, and more effective skills with a more balanced team set for a shrine for the home team for whatever side it is on. While on Keys/Grenz, it would be the same for the home team, but to a lesser extent and with Saltspray, make it neutral for both sides. Maybe a new map and 100 balthazar for each kill. <3 (One can dream)

Also for those who want to try some simple PvP in a party with friends (not with random people like JQ, FA and RA), now that TA is gone, and CA, HA and GvG are not exactly for starters. Better rewards will probably bring more people to play AB (more people than bots i hope), so it would be easier to enter battles.

I like this idea, and for losses, instead of 1 faction per point on your home base or your defense territory and Saltspray, 2 faction per loss on oppponent defense territory (Grenz Frontier and Etnaran Keys), and 3 on enemy base, it should be a bit higher, JQ is 250 per Jade Shard win or lose, the win bonus is an extra 1000. So AB should be like 3 faction per point on your territories, 5 faction per point on Saltspray. 8 Faction per point on opponent defending territory (again, Grenz or Etnaran), and 10 faction per point on enemy base. If you win, you get a bonus of say 1500 or 2000 or something like that. That way winning will net you: 2500-3000 when on home territory, 3500-4000 on Saltspray, 5000-6000 on opponents defending territory, and 6500-7000 on enemy bases. That way AB is slightly more enticing to play, but it still does not take away from the competitive missions.

You really didn't understand anything that he said. The problem is that they are so "important". In a PvP format, if two of the strongest builds are Smiting Monks and Aura Bombers, that format cannot be taken seriously.
Hence the "stupidest PvP in the game".

/signed. Why would I go in AB when I can clear DT with heroes and henchies in 25 mins and get way more faction that way? They really need to up the reward. Sometimes it takes 20 minutes just to get in a battle.
