changing Cracked Armor
Change -20 AR into -20% AR, or even -25% AR
The minimum of 60 AR can stay.
This way its more effective against foes with (very) high armor.

tbh not used enough to begin with to waste time fixing when so many other things need to be addressed first.

You give no legitimate reasoning to change it....soooooo

if you went into more detail maybe about eles and the air line you might get a different answer....ok probably not but you might get a more thought out answer

From a PvE standpoint, there isn't any point. Cracked Armor isn't all that useful, and I'm happy for it to stay like that. Keep it as a PvP-oriented condition.

Cracked Armor makes a nice bonus for HM where monsters get higher armor levels. But I dont' see any problem with it in its current form. There are plenty enough ways to apply it for what it is useful for. Since I dont' see any reason it should be changed...

Since most monster in PvE have less than 100 armor (yes, even in HM) that change would rather be a nerf than a buff to Cracked Armor.

I lol'd as at the same time I read this I was looking at the Armor Rating section of this
When did they add an armor rating section to the monster pages?
