but not GIGANTIC FRICKEN BUMBLEBEES THAT FLOAT DOWN IN A CLOUD OF DEATH Q_Q

I despise the fireworks... but I <3 the bees.

(Also, yeah. Bees make honey, so you lose.)

Why just the bees? Here is an explanation of how they appear from fireworks: magic. The flashing skulls don't make any sense apart from magic either.

Suggestions to remove fireworks or toggle their display from the client have been made before. I don't think that removing a single element from the display is worth doing. Not everyone will dislike the bees.

I'm OK with them existing, but they are absurdly common. You see one or two sets of them on every screen and it's ridiculous, just doesn't feel like fireworks at all. It has bugged me for a while and I would like to see their frequency greatly reduced at least.

I hope they make a new bees tonic for the event. That would be sweet no pun intended.

The mysterious tonic turns you into a swarm of bees sometimes.

On topic: Meh. It doesn't bother me or make me happy that they are there. They just... are.

Heh. I remember when I started playing this game (not too long ago), the first time I noticed the firework bees was after beating EotN the first time. I was like, "Are those BEES? Why are there BEES in the fireworks?" No, they don't make any sense, but neither do a lot of things make real world sense in this game (or any game, for that matter).

Personal Story Tangent: Deadly bee allergies run in my family, but I don't know if I have it because I've never been stung; I tend to go into hyper bee alert if I ever see one.

That said:

They're pixels. They're kinda cute. And they bring back fond noob memories for me.

I'm pretty sure the bees are supposed to reference something from pop culture anyways.
