Allow pet unlocking in PvP towns
Helena should be accessible in PvP towns because it's a hassle to go into the Menagerie to unlock a pet plus it's unnaturally laggy in the Menagerie for people with weak video cards/integrated graphics.
Helena should be added to all the PvP outposts or at least GToB to make unlocking pets more convenient. |

I havent had lag problems in the menagerie, and mine is full. I suggest you either upgrade your equipment or downgrade your settings. Also, Helena unlocks the pets for access inside the menagerie. unless she suddenly sprouted the 'turn in' option, it still wouldn't work, and given how busy they are with GW2 and GWB it isnt worth their time |

If my epic fail PC doesn't have any lags at all there then I guess you're running on apple or something so seriously lower your settings or get a new PC. If you can't do either of those then just don't get a new pet skin who cares how it looks like. NOONE!

Unlocking them won't help you any. You will still need to go to the Menagerie to charm one. And since the Menagerie is locked to single player mode, this can't be in an outpost. Since you would still have to travel to the Menagerie to get the pet, it makes no sense to unlock them somewhere else.

If my computer with 894mb RAM can get me to her no problem and some god awful crap graphics card, I fail to see your problem.
