If anything, PvP is in dire need of better hex removals. Either that, or nerf the crapola out of hexes (in PvP). PvE is a joke! If you're having trouble with hexes in PvE I'm pretty sure it's safe to say you're just doin' it wrong, bro.

Hexes rarely do much in general PvE outside of elite areas, there more of a minor annoyance.
Also, If your doing stuff in NF and having hex problems (see above statement) bring the Paragon henchmen, He has Hexbreaker Aria.

I'd prefer a review of mobs that may become overpowered with the new Mesmer buffs. Improving hex removal will simplify the rest of the game. Why change the whole game when it's only a few mobs that are potentially overpowered?

Wait until we know if there will be a problem. The changes have not been made yet, and may be different than we have seen before they are implemented. After the build goes live and we can see how the skill changes affect monster groups, then we can see if hex removal is a problem. At the moment, it is all based on speculation, and making suggestions on speculation is stupid.

I don't think hex removal will have to be buffed or at least by much. Hex removal may have to be used on monk bars for a change. Whoa!

Buffing hex removals is a bad idea because it RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOs over Water Magic.
Concerning PvE, lol.

And thats pretty much it. Its like asking for a melee nerf because upcoming updates to warriors ....... not much sense on it. Also , pure speculation .... ppl should wait to have a real reason to ask for something instead of only thoughts about what is it going to be like after an update that didnt happen yet.
